I order an item from Nigeria, they do no deliver, i request for refund, they are telling me that they can't refund, that i need to give them second chance. Can you see how it sounds stupid..
I am never received my item. Now 1.5 months. Take my money. Keeping sending me rubbish massages. Now telling me to take screenshot of tracking page. This is not my job. Keeping play for time. Please don't be attracted by photo of items on website. This is how take your money, and you never see you money again. I feeling up complains form to trading standards. I hope so stoped trading this company on UK market.
The only ones that write good reviews on here are the scammers taking your money. Luckily I always check out websites that offer prices to good to be true. You usually find that it's all a RIP off. I suggest that everyone does the same. There's always some thief like these waiting to relieve you of you money. Utter scumbags.

It was good at the beginning but now when more people are using it it got worse: i keep receiving stuff that i didnt order have photos of it vova says its nothing wrong with the item ( i had 3 situations like these already), when item does not arrive they reject refund query... very bad but good advise for u all people - pay via paypal and you can contact paypal to give you a refund when they see what sh*t they send they refund straight away

I have always had a very good experience shopping with Vova. Vova has excellent variety of products and brands. Unfortunately the Vova shopping app has changed recently and the app is no longer jam-packed with designer goods. I'm very saddened by this change as I have only been shopping with Vova now for a few months. I have never had any major problems with obtainingthe goods I orderedfrom Vova, even thoughthe shippingtimes were sometimes lengthy. I always used to recommend Vova to everyone I know, but now things have changed, not so much.
Hopefully Vova will come back better than ever before, I will wait for this.

I have been a very happy and loyal customer for over a year and had no issues. Most everything gets here and they refund you if it doesn't. Never had an issue and recommended them to more people than I can count, that is until recently. In the last few days all of the sudden they want a photo of the credit card I used to pay for my last order. This is a card I have used about a half dozen times and the charge is already pending at the bank. I'm not even sure it is legal to request a photo of my card but I am for sure not sending it. They say I can cover everything but the last 4 digits but it still isn't happening. After a year on my card that has been used many times without issue and you have already run it and the funds are on hold. The bank hasn't challenged or denied the charge but you want a photo, it feels like things have suddenly gone to the scam side
