No they are not. They will stonewall you whenever possible if you try to get a refund... if you can find the button "request refund" or the damn chat button Seriously good luck with that because whenever you need it, it magically disappears

They say they do and your drawn into a false sense of security. I tried and tried to get a refund but they refused time and time again despite my evidence. Returns are basically non existent.

Answer:

No don't waste your money. The photos look good and genuine but the goods are all very cheaply and poorly made replicas. I know as I was duped.

Makeup is definitely completely fake. Ordered the supposed M. A. C eyeliner and lipstick as well as a couple other things and all of it was just rip off copies no where close to what was advertised.
