It got handled very fast and they had answers to all of the questions I had. She was very clear and made sure I was getting everything I wanted. I would say that you guys should read everything aloud to the person purchasing more because my name was misspelled but other than that it was all amazing.

Hoping for the best

I've had two different sets of tickets taken away from me due to "reconfiguration" at the venue. One order was from StubHub, and the second was from SeatGeek. If VividSeats is able to come through with tickets, I will make sure everyone I know hears about it.

Regardless of whether the seats come through or not, my representative, Arthur, was very pleasant, empathetic, and did his best to try to ensure they would be available. Fingers crossed.

Loved how easy it was for now on I'm doing it that way on a call! The phone call was helpful and nothing went wrong. Once I told the person on the phone where I wanted to sit he found it easily and it took maybe less then five minutes to do great way to handle it without the hassle.

Had spent considerable time trying to place order online and determine most cost effective method to receive the best possible deal. Contacted Aris who was able to lower somewhat the service fee charges which appear high. Would work again with Aris should the need arise.

Iris, if I remember her name correctly, was an outgoing agent. She would listen to my concerns, comments, and questions and give me as much feedback that I needed to have as quickly as possible. Our conversation didn't last hours which is good. We got things done with both of us being on the same page and I purchased the tickets I needed, and wanted.

First must say was very please that when the agent picked my call up I was able to understand him and was English. Was very through with answering my questions and took his time with me. Helped me find the perfect tickets! Then at the end of the call gave me his ext. If I was to have any problems or any other concerns with my tickets.
