I bought $475 tickets to a concert in May. I was "guaranteed" the tickets I bought in section 105 directly in front of the stage. Vivid Seats makes a point to offer 100% buyer guaranteed tickets, however lists in fine print that your guaranteed seat can be anything "comparable". I received my tickets the day of the event, 4 months after buying them, in section 118 directly BEHIND the stage. I contacted customer service immediately and was told the seats were equivalent and I should've read the fine print. The representative essentially admitted that the tickets were much worse than the ones I paid for (the ones that were "guaranteed"), but that they couldn't be held liable for it and would not do anything to mediate their part in the deceit. I never would have paid that amount of money for poor seats. This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend and I spent the first hour of the concert being so upset that I couldn't even enjoy it. Their competitors had comparable tickets listed that I could have easily gone with instead. I will never use Vivid Seats again.

Two years in a row, this site has lost our Notre Dame ticket order. They keep you on hold forever. They loose your tickets in transit and never let you know why the things you paid hundreds of dollars for never showed up. I made travel reservations to go to South Bend because of these tickets, and now there is no guarantee that I'll have the tickets.

For whatever reason, CapitalOne had an issue reconciling my Zip Code to the information provided to VividSeats.com online and couldn't finalize a purchase of 2-Seats for Fleetwood-Mac on March 15 in Hartford, CT. I called the 800-Customer Service Number clearly posted on top of the online order form and was immediately connected to "Jake," who in addition to speaking fluent English (apparently NOT a Philippines Call Center that's all too prevalent everywhere) was courteous, quick and efficient in identifying the Concert, Venue, Dates and Tickets I wanted. He reviewed the information carefully, read-back all the detail and provided the required disclaimers in minutes, finalizing my ticket purchase and completing the transaction with minimal issue and absolutely no aggravation.
It's become RARE these days to find a Customer Service number anywhere - much less clearly posted where you'd expect. Never mind getting-through to a great Representative without the hassle of phone pre-screening, routing and the like that require pressing buttons and waiting for prompts. I can't even begin to note how awesome it was to have Jake just find what I wanted, buy it and complete the transaction hassle-free.
While I wish everything had gone perfectly online (likely no fault of the site) - I am thankful for the excellent Customer Service and back-up to getting what I wanted quickly. Thanks JAKE!
