I will probably not use this site again, it was not use friendly and not having physical ticket is not to my liking. Too bad the owner thinks technology is best. I hate all those apps on my phone. And for those that don't have smart phone we can't use.

I had a bit of difficult placing an order for the ticket, but i called Vivid Seats and Tyler Jankowski took care of my purchase quickly. He was great to talk to, we chatted / laughed while the purchase was being processed. I would not hesitate to recommend Tyler & Vivid Seats for purchasing tickets to any event in the Future.

I ordered tickets from Vivid because I had used them before. This time after purchase I was referred to flash seats, a new web site to get the tickets. The instructions on this website were very confusing and customer service at vivid was even more confusing. Not everyone at vivid had a clear understanding of how flash seats worked. After a couple of calls finally reached someone who walked me thru process.
The flash seats puts tickets on your phone and the square is scanned at the door. It worked however my level of anxiety was high. Next time I'm sure it will be better.

I wont use the service again, i purchased the tickets to a football game and decided to cancel the order within a hour. Why you gave me the option to cancel ii dont understand. So Im out $672 the only thing they were about to do for me was offer me a $130 credit to vivid dont like how this website works i have a order Im waiting to buy with my credit. Not sure i wanna do business with this company again you guy are a big company, little people like us dont have $672 to just give away. I am a transplant patiet and am rejecting i have a very low function and couuldn't even make the game as is, it was going to be to hard to get around and the weather was to cold for me thanks for your time
