I was in the ticket game for years when Kroger still had Ticketmaster. I'll leave that as a short story because the review is not about me. I've used Craigslist, which spam sucks now for ticket resale, Stub hub, and others to buy tickets. BY FAR, Vivid has the best app and platform I've ever seen. User friendly in every way I could possibly list. I am in no way affiliated or compensated by Vivid but tell everyone who will listen and about timing for best deals. I normally order online but called this time and Jamal was excellent and very professional. If there's a negative at all it would be not having seat numbers or aisle designation as that can be very important for certain concert venues although this purchase was for Cowboys Stadium. All that said I would work for Vivid Seats in a heartbeat. If I can telecommute give me a call. Thank you, BR549WRIGHT

I wouldn't call it a scam website, however they are re-selling tickets for someone else. You will over pay, have little information about where the seats are located and will not receive a copy of the tickets until the day before/day of the event even although you are charged when you order. Does not feel secure, and you do not get to choose the seats, only the price section. Better off to use ticket master, it is cheaper and much more secured.

I ordered tickets through VividSeats for the Detroit Lions
On October 21,2018 for a game on the 28th. It is now 2:30 PM on Friday,
October 26,2018 and I still do not have my tickets. I have sent several emails
And received one response which was not helpful at all. Today I chatted with
Their help desk and they cannot guarantee that they will send me another
"transfer of tickets" email that will allow me to access the tickets
Despite my receipt for over $400.00. The mobile chat app is not user friendly.

Just purchased tickets on Vivid Seats. I had a tricky situation with the tickets that I couldn't resolve online so I called their 800 line. Their customer service rep, Rene Sanchez, was amazing. He was able to help me secure the number of tickets that I needed and helped me from start to finish. Rene was knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel like a valuable customer. He's an asset to Vivid seats

My first experience with Vivid was a joy. I was tremendously impressed with Brady Davis. I bought two tickets to Hamilton. He was very knowledgeable about the theater and what would constitute good seeds. I will recommend my friends to use Vivid And to specifically asked for Brady.
