I ordered 3 tickets for a music festival in LA, I didn't receive one, the replacement package was empty, I flew from canada so they promised a ticket would be available for pick up at a location downtown LA, I received no information on the ticket for pick up, when I called them they told me they cannot replace it (hours before the festival) and that they can only give me store credit although all their services say money back guarantee. I refused, when I got a call back after they reviewed my call recordings I was told to stop crying. I then hung up and waited until I was home again. They said that because I can not prove the package was empty they will only give me store credit and it is still not resolved.
TLDR; Stole 300 USD from me and refused to live up to their word.

I had never heard of Vivid Seats before, nor had any of my family and friends. I really wanted to go see Michelle Obama at the Forum, but the tickets were out of my price range. I decided to call Vivid Seats and the guy who answered the phone (I forgot his name) was soooo friendly and reassuring about my purchase and my concerns. The transaction took less than 10 minutes and I paid 1/3 of the going rate for the most economical seats! The best part was he sent my ticket via email and all I had to do was print it out and take it with me. I will definitely use them again! Thank you Vivid Seats!

This site is a rip off and should be shut down. They buyers have no clue how over priced their tickets are until they get them. Vivid seats doesn't tell the buyers the original ticket price so you could end up being literally robbed and they don't care, they don't refund, they don't even void the day of purchase! And their seems to be no limit on how much the sellers can over charge for their mysteriously priced tickets. This is a disaster waiting to happen. My sister used my credit card by accident and contacted vivid seats IMMEDIATELY to get the transaction voided, they said there was nothing they can do except try to do an insurance claim. When the tickets arrived, she saw they were originally HALF the price of what she paid. And when she tried to do an insurance claim only allow for very specific reasons even though it didn't say that when she bought the insurance. I tried to do a credit dispute with my bank and Vivid seats fought that as well, they stole my money. They are rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to listen or help. They should be shut down they are crooks.
