I was hoping to get an explanation as to why they were so high since the total in service fees came to $200, and the individual I spoke to seemed inpatient with my question, and ill-informed of the reason the fee was so high. To be honest, my entire interaction felt rushed and as if he was frustrated with me. The experience was not positive for me.

When I order tickets from other places (ie Dodger tickets) I'm able to see the exact location of the seats I'm purchasing. I just purchased tickets to DWTS on 3/*******. I wanted mid to back orchestra section towards the middle. I specifically said I didn't want to stuck with aisle seats and the agent said that probably wouldn't happen. Sure enough, as soon as they printed out... aisle seats. I'm really angry and not likely to use Vivid Seats again... oh, and I paid $70.00+ more than the price listed for two lousy seats... What a rip-off.

For the people who think it's overpriced, you should know this is a secondary market for ticket sales. The theater was out of the tickets I wanted and Vivid was able to supply them, so the value for me was there. Again, great experience for me.
