You get a chance to resell once again tickets on their web site for $176 pus fees for 2, oh how fun
Nick was great! He was very helpful! I purchased 3 tickets to a bowl game that is 20 hours away and how to use the mobile ticking function, which I have never used. He was patient as I talked to my husband about what our price options were. He even looked up a section in another stadium that I am familiar with so, I could compare the distance from the field between the 2 rows. Nick gave me his ext number to use if I had trouble using the mobile app or tickets, that I could call and he would walk me through it.
Knute was excellent. He helped me select the best seats for my budget and also applied a promotion code I had received via email. Very appreciative of his time and patience.
Justin was helpful and at the end of the day he helped me get what I needed for the "best" price vivid seats could offer.

I started out on-line and established an account at 8am. I called to clarify that my two seats would be together. The gentleman was very helpful and polite and offered to book the tickets so I went ahead with the transaction. After the transaction was complete at 8:08am(same day) I got an e-mail message that said "We noticed you were interested in Elton John tickets but didn't make a purchase. Complete your order now, and we'll take 10% off* when you check out!" I lost out on $178 savings. I agree with some others that the service fees are outrageous.

Finding the tickets is easy, the processing fee is a little high, but every time I try to use my mastercard to check out, I have had to reach out to customer service to help complete the order! It is becoming quite frustrating when you have a time limit for check out and then cannot complete it on your own!

I was looking to purchase multiple groups of tickets for a game so called in and got great service. They took care of me with a personal touch discussing the upcoming game. Vivid also has the lowest transaction fees of any of the competitors.
I appreciate Derricks help with purchasing my tickets. I called back to book more for my coworkers and couldn't get to Derricks extension and the other guy was not nearly as much help so they booked on another website.
