Besides being far over-priced and inundating me with ads afterwards, VividSeats offered tiered pricing for what appeared to be better sections or seats. It was a standing-room only, 1-room, 1st come 1st served event with no separate sections or meet-greet services. I trustingly bought the 2nd "tier"... I'm certainly glad that I didn't pay for an even higher "tier!"

We bought our tickets 2 months ago. Paid over $500 for them. We got to the concert last night, and they scanned them and they said refunded. We were not allowed into the concert. After multiple attempts to get ahold of someone, anyone who works for customer service for vivid seats we still haven't reached anyone. I was on hold for one hour and 8 mins until the phone was answered and hung up. I am now sitting on hold. Just last week we purchased Garth brooks tickets for over $700 each seat. I will get a full refund for these too as I will never buy from this site again and I will be filing a BBB complaint!

I wasn't able to find the info I needed online in order to spend hundreds of dollars for a dear friend's Christmas present. I called and was quickly assisted in a very honest fashion by a sales associate named Nick( ext. 2724).

Horrible place i bought tickets on vivid seats and realized later i could not go on the day of the event. I tried to exchange or return and the site would not allow me to do that. The only option was to sell the tickets. Turns out you need the section and seat number to do that however this site does not provide that information until 2 days prior to event.
The event was on a saturday got the seat and section on friday. Went to sell and the website says its invalid because the event must be more than 2 days from that date. What a scam. You cannot get the information until 2 days out AND you cannot sell unless its more than 2 days. I lost almost $300 because of vivid seats. I would never use them again. Buyer beware. In addition, you cannot have a live chat even though it says you can nor can you speak with a live person. The customer service # is a recording you cannot get anywhere.

I had a real problem buying my tickets due to some kind of an address match issue they were having with my Credit Card Company. I expected to have to hassle with the ticket seller about it, but the CS rep was actually really great. Alex Ayala was his name and he went out of his way to make sure that my ticket purchase issue was resolved and that my credit card issue was eliminated.
