We couldn't find the 10% ESPN discount that I heard on the radio right before I placed the order. I couldn't recall the exact promo code. I was only given a $25 discount total, instead of the $55.20 it should've been (3 tix at $184 each x 10%). Is there anything you can do about this missed discount? Credit my Visa with the missing $30.20?

The representatives were all polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I don't like that I had to purchase tickets twice and now have to wait for the money. If the order is cancelled u should get the money as fast as u paid for it.

I purchased my parking pass over the phone instead of online. I spoke with James, who was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had as I am not familiar with the area at all. Shortly after getting off the phone, I received my email confirmations and I was not comfortable with the ship date of my ticket as I was coming from out of town and wanted to have it in time. I called back and left James a message. Later that day, I received an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery of just two days later. Amazing customer service!
