Buyer Beware!
January 19, 2018

I ordered two tickets for mezzanine seats at $100 per ticket. My credit card was charged $256.55. I received the tickets via email. There was a red button that said Review and Print. I clicked on it and verified that they were the correct tickets (mezzanine). Then I had to click on another button that said Download. I downloaded and printed the tickets without further examination and put them in an envelope. When I got to the venue, I discovered that I had tickets for $35 seats in the upper balcony four rows from the very top (with somebody elses name on them) and I am HANDICAPPED! When I contacted Vivid Seats, they refused to do anything to satisfy me... did I mention that their website and the tickets themselves tout a GUARANTEE? BUYER BEWARE! This outfit is out to take your money and cares nothing for customer satisfaction! Use them at your own risk and only if you can afford to throw the money in the toilet!

I just bought 2 tickets for $250 each and the ticket charges were a whopping $132.10! The site didn't show the total of $632.10 until after I purchased the tickets. When I went on their "live chat" to inquire, they didn't respond at first. I then tried again and was told what the ticket charges were $62.10 each ticket plus $3.95 each ticket for "instant download." When I asked for a refund due to the exorbant charges per ticket, they told me no refunds and that I can resell my tickets on their website. I was then disconnected from the instant chat before I was done discussing the matter.

Purchase support

I tried to purchase tickets online form my 10% discount email that I received in my email. It took me to a website vividseats to place order for concert tickets and on submitting order the order submitted failed for the 10% discount. A popup came up to call for support and a person had to place the order # *******. I realized in receiving the invoice that I never Markus did a good job to resolve my order. I still did not get my 10% off.

My app kept messing up so I called in to get my tickets, Julian helped me get my tickets and fix my app issues. He was great. I wrote down his extention so that if I need to call in again he will be the one to help me

The worst online purchased i ever experienced! I bought a $56.00 worth of ticket for a show + service and shipping. When i received the ticket i saw that the cost of the ticket is only $35.00. I will never buy from this website again!

I called vivid seats to try and get a question answered and I talked to Angle and he answered everything and helped me through the purchase of baseball tickets, which made it easy. It worked out because the seat purchases were separate and the seats all ended up together

GREAT Service and Seats
September 24, 2018

We called two days before the Notre Dame and Wake Forrest football game and Brady answered the phone. We had ordered EAGLES tickets from VIVIDSeats in April and were pleased with John that took care of us.
Great service - he found out what side of the stadium Notre Dame sidelines would be and gave us option of being in great seats on either side of the stadium. We ended up in the 2nd row right behind the bench at a reasonable price.
Great service, tickets printed on demand. A Bucket List to see The irish play a game thanks to VividSeats. THANK YOU for your great service Brady and your company - a very trustworthy ticket company. The #30.00 per ticket is outrageous though. Part of the deal I get it... Doak and Kathy

I bought tickets and delivery instructions said to pick them up at the box office. When I got to the front of the line I was told they did not have my tickets. I called the help number for Vividseats and was told to call Greg. Greg told me to get in the box office line that said "disputes" when I got to the front of that line they said they didn't have my tickets. I called Greg again and he went in the back and got a box and pulled out my tickets. Poor communication and process and I missed the first half of the game

Great service

I got ripped off by another service and had to dispute the charge. Then I needed to find tickets the day of. Meghan was fast to set up a new order and it turns out the tickets were less expensive and better than the first ripoff site. They were mobile delivered and of we go to the game! Thanks.

The call centre fellow was very polite, informative and efficient. He asked the right questions and I have the (better have) right answers. The order was less than 2 minutes to complete and the email confirm on payment, information and tickets was fast and satisfactory. I give Vivid Seats a 10 out of... 10!

Sorry I forgot the name I think it was Bradley X2570. But he was so helpful and knew what to do. I was off the phone in less than 5 minutes and had my tickets on the way. I ordered my first set online and it was as simple as can be. I will be using this site for my ticket needs again.

Great help
September 26, 2019

Brady was great help today, had a problem purchasing tickets and that problem was actually due to my bank. He nicely stayed in hold for severance minutes while I called my bank to fix the problem. Once that was done he purchased the tickets for me.

Best Help in the Business

Erica, who helped me to buy tickets to Jerry Seinfeld in Austin. This is a Christmas gift for my son and
I wanted to make sure I got good seats etc. Erica was extremely helpful throughout the process. She did not try to rush me off the phone and made sure that I understood the process. She was easy to understand, obviously fully aware of the process and was as pleasant as she was proficient. Brava to Vivid for hiring her.

Scam operation
May 29, 2017

Son purchased a ticket for Chance The Rapper. The site defaulted to six tickets. I IMMEDIATELY called the company to cancel the order. Too bad They refused to cancel the order under any circumstance. They suggested that he try to resell them. This was NOT helpful. Stick to Ticketmaster. This is a sham operation.
