I would recommend Vivid Seats to anyone looking for any type of sporting events, concerts or anything that you need seats for. Justin cleared up alot of questions and concerns and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I can't thank him enough!

Glad I called. Tried to process on line and could not determine if my wife and I would be seated together. The associate I talked to was great help, ansewered all my questions and provided extra help like parking at the baseball field. Thanks Morgan.

We purchased Kenny G tickets three months in advance of concert. We were not informed status of tickets, ever, until I continually emailed them and they assured me the tickets would be delivered via email prior to the event. We had to drive over four hours to get to the event site and still did not have our tickets before we left on the trip. From the road, they told us the tickets would be available to print. That's true, but I received the email i hour prior to the event and had to pay the hotel a $15 service fee to print the tickets. BAD customer service.

No tickets upon arrival, ticket office informed us that Vividseats is a scalper and they have had alot of problems with them. End of story wife upset, were are out $350.00. Thanks Vividseats I will tell everyone about your emergency line that no one answers and your online chat room that is no help.

Great customer service

Great service will definitely come back for all my ticket buying needs. I will also recommend to all my friends to use this service. My customer service agent was Matt and he made my experience very special for I was purchasing the tickets for my wife on her birthday.

I will only buy tickets directly now. I purchased tickets to a concert. The day of seats were much less and I could have got in the pavilion for less then I purchased lawn seats. Lesson learned because had I purchased directly I could have upgraded seats with my kids.

For some unexplainable reason my original purchase was rejected, refunded, and I was without tickets. Once finally cutting through the automated system and getting to a human, Dexter, the situation was resolved and tickets purchased. System was a little rough, but the personnel was very helpful.

The customer service here is second to none. I had a credit from a Covid-cancelled event in 2020. I was not able to apply my credit. My rep helped me through the process and placed the order for me. He was professional, friendly and truly cared about taking care of my needs. Kudos to Charlie!

Worst ticket buying experience ever. I spent close to $400 for seats for a concert to take my daughter. I received an email stating that I could download the tickets in about a day. After a day, I received an email stating that there was a problem with my order. I received the email on a Friday night. I tried to call, but their office was closed. I left a message twice AND I paged the person that was on call for the night. I did not received a call back. The concert was on a Sunday and I was leaving out of town the next morning (to go to the concert) and going to be without computer access during that time. I ended up buying the tickets from another reputable site (stubhub) and downloading the tickets immediately. I am now fighting with them for a refund. Oh, and I didn't mention the outrageous service fee they place on their tickets. The fee was very easy to miss as you check out. Never again.

Great service

I was needing to order a few giftcards and did not want to pay the fee of shipping per giftcard and they waived the fee and just charged me for one. All I had to do was call and they did it perfectly! Chris helped me out and it was great!

Quick and convenient

The reason I called was because the service fee for the tickets were 25% of the total cost of the ticket, which seemed high. I was hoping to get an explanation as to why they were so high since the total in service fees came to $200, and the individual I spoke to seemed inpatient with my question, and ill-informed of the reason the fee was so high. To be honest, my entire interaction felt rushed and as if he was frustrated with me. The experience was not positive for me.
