I decided to call instead of using the app to purchase tickets. The Vivid representative was very knowledgeable and professional. Representative Trish was great! She was very helpful and answered all my questions while guiding me throughout my purchase.

My wife and I decided to attend the Pitt vs. Virginia football game at the last minute. When I went on line to purchase tickets, they were to be sent to us, which meant we might not get them in time. I called and got the representative on the phone, and he arranged for us to buy and receive the tickets on line. He was terrific.

I called to purchase a parking pass because I wanted to make sure that I was closet to my entrance. I spoke to Brian who assured me that for the location of my seats parking lot C was the closest lot. I believed him and purchased a parking pass. I few minutes later I received an email and was able to look at the parking map and realized that lot C was on the opposite side of the building from my seats. I called back and spoke to Justin who told me that Brian was at lunch. He said that he could not help me and was transferring me to customer service. It was a recording. I called back again and was again transferred to customer service. This time I spoke to Jay who promised me that he was talking to a supervisor and they were going to look into and review the call and call me back. That was on Wed. Today is Sat and the concert is tonight. I tried the live text but that was a waste of time.
Bought tickets on Vividseats but they won't supply them until day of show. Can no longer go to the show, but can't get them to send me the tickets to sell, nor will they relist them on the site even though it would allow them to double dip on the fees. This is the second time this has happened to me with them with plans getting in the way and me having zero access to my tickets to resell locally and recoup at least a few bucks. Literally out hundreds of dollars. Talked to a customer service rep (oxymoron in itself) and was told there is nothing they can do about any of it. No credit, no tickets delivered, nothing.
The website was having issues processing my purchase, so I had to call the 800 number and speak with an agent. Shane was courteous, professional, and very pleasant to speak with. He was able to solve the issue quickly and painlessly. Very impressed!
When ever VIVID Seats comments or writes on someones review comment is all lies. There are more complaints about customer care reported on the Chicago Better Business then any other ticket sellers. Vivid seats just lost a major court settlement and has to pay back to anyone who's concert was canceled or reschedule.
I had purchased tickets on here. Everytime I clicked on the link to accept the tickets I would getting this screen that said forbidden. I called customer service explaining the issue asking for a refund or site credit because the tickets were for that day and I wasn't able to use it. I spoke to uncountable people and they all told me that I can't get refund or credit because they have proof that I received the email to accept the tickets. I explained to them that was never the issue. The issue was that I could not accept the tickets. They continued to refuse so I ended up losing out on money for tickets that I purchased but was unable to access. They have the worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I was having issues on the internet so I decided to give the 800 number a try. My call was answered within a couple of minutes and the gentalman that answered was more then happy to help the event (Cardi B) was selling out very quick and he found me a seat in a good section. He even gave me his ext# just in case I had any problems and even for my future purchases. Which I will be using.

Bought tickets through Vivid who happily took my $1000 and sent me three confirmation emails over the months leading up to the event. Three days before the event when I was supposed to receive my tickets, I get a text from Vivid Seats informing me they were unable to procure seats to my event. Too late now to try and buy tickets anywhere else, l already booked flights and accomodation and I am still waiing for my my refund!
I purchased tickets and they cleared. It was suppose to be an automatic transfer and they didn't arrive. I called in and the customer service rep informed me there was a glitch and the tickets I purchased were not available.
