Scammers!

Tried to purchase tickets day of the event. Vivid Seat had the wrong email address to deliver the tickets to and even after being informed of the correct email address hours before the event they could not provide the tickets. Their customer service had no way to correct the problem and I was charged for the tickets I never received! Buyer beware.

Perfect

Had a problem ordering my tickets online & Kyle was able to help me purchase my tickets. Had problems with my bank & he even let me put him on hold while I spoke with my bank! He resolved my problem efficiently & quick.

Connor was excellent

Awesome Customer Service

Morgan was awesome

I have never bought basketball tickets before. I was nervous to purchase these tickets because they were expensive and they were going to be a gift. When I talked to Morgan, he was beyond helpful. He was very patience with me and answered each one of my questions in a very happy manor. He did not seem annoyed at all and made me feel super reassured to purchase these tickets. He was very kind. I was nervous about the position of the seats and Morgan even reassured me the seats would be awesome because he had similar ones. It was so great to talk to someone so knowledgeable and kind. If I ever need to place an order in the future for tickets I will definitely be calling Morgan again! The site is not allowing me to attach a photo of my transaction but if you need credibility of my purchase I would be happy to send over my confirmation email. My email is *******@gmail.com

I always buy my tickets on the website. This time I had to call and speak to one of your employees to help me purchase the ticket. The reasons as I had a 10% coupon and it was not letting me use my store credit at the same time. Than I was having trouble senior the coupon in an email to the employee so that he can combine them over the phon. It took almond st 20 minutes and he was still being very nice. So at the he end my email went through and he was able to combine both and save me more money for the event. Again he could have given up on me but at the end he strived to get me the savings and I am very thankful for that

Bait and Switch
September 20, 2017

Bait and switch and hidden fees. I clicked to buy a single ticket in a decent section and got a much worse section. Seems there is a little note that the seller has the right to "upgrade" the ticket, but this was the opposite. Customer lack of Service said money went straight to the seller and couldn't refund or correct. They couldn't even look at how the listing differed from the order. The fees weren't listed on the first order page, don't know where they were until I saw the total price on my email, 25% of the ticket price plus $2.50 for the email "stamp and envelope".

It took me less than 5 minutes to get the best seats I will ever have for the concert of my dreams. I am thrilled with the ease of this process and Daniel was so polite and waited for me to find my credit card when I didnt have it right away. Thanks for getting me front row seats that I couldnt get elsewhere!

Do not ever get tickets from them cannot use them after you get to the concert, and even when you go to box office they tell you that they are a third party seller and If I want to I can by 2 more tickets to get in. And god for bid that you do not have a smart phone right after you by the tickets that lovely lady that they call customer service will tell you almost to screw youself to bad. So all in all did not get to see the concert don't know how these people sleep at night. I have to work for my money.

I purchased tickets for a concert through Vivid Seats. Without asking, they switched my seats to a less desirable location in the venue. They would not exchange or refund the changed purchase. I spoke with a senior manager and she said she could not help me.
I purchased price of two tickets was $267each 3 month before the event, and now the price is $150each! They offer now refund no exchange! Please purchase your ticket from somewhere else!

Never received tickets
September 20, 2021

Bought tickets in May for a Browns game in September. I never received the tickets. Tried calling and their website for hours but never got through to a human being. I never got to go to the game. Cost me over $509.
