Rip off

They advertised my tickets PREMIUM floor seat tickets. Once I actually received them, they said General admission. I paid $138 for $43 tickets. I've never been so upset over purchasing tickets. Im happy to pay, just don't FALSE Advertise to me.

The representatives were all polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I don't like that I had to purchase tickets twice and now have to wait for the money. If the order is cancelled u should get the money as fast as u paid for it.

I attempted to purchase playoff tickets for the Denver Nuggets online and was ready to purchase the tickets. For whatever reason, all I could confirm online was the seat section and row, not the actual seats! As I didn't want to sit in one seat and have my wife sit in a seat two or more away from me, I called the ticket company to make the purchase. The individual, Jamie, was very helpful and confirmed that the seats were together, and I purchased the tickets through him! If not for my experience online, I would have given a five-star rating on my experience. If the rating was based on just my online experience, at best it would have been two stars! With Jamie, it was five STAR!

I was in the ticket game for years when Kroger still had Ticketmaster. I'll leave that as a short story because the review is not about me. I've used Craigslist, which spam sucks now for ticket resale, Stub hub, and others to buy tickets. BY FAR, Vivid has the best app and platform I've ever seen. User friendly in every way I could possibly list. I am in no way affiliated or compensated by Vivid but tell everyone who will listen and about timing for best deals. I normally order online but called this time and Jamal was excellent and very professional. If there's a negative at all it would be not having seat numbers or aisle designation as that can be very important for certain concert venues although this purchase was for Cowboys Stadium. All that said I would work for Vivid Seats in a heartbeat. If I can telecommute give me a call. Thank you, BR549WRIGHT

Just called Vivid Seats to purchase Rangers playoff hockey tickets. I was fortunate enough to get Iyahna as my rep. I had a credit which unbeknownst to me had expired. She helped get me a new credit and she even found better seats than the ones I had picked out. Iyahna was courteous, professional and considerate. She also has a great personality. Kudos to Vivid Seats!

I requested a specific seat because of upcoming knee surgery and was assured it was an isle seat behind the two other seats that I purchased and the single seat is not directly behind the other seats as requested and promised!

Customer service took their time with my order ad really helped me to get the best price i could for the tickets.
Unfortunately, its a real downer to print out tickets and see the face value be MORETHAN HALF of what i paid.
Fool me once.

It totally like a $#*! that ruin my all mood.

It's lady gaga's concert that i bought half year ago, paying the premium price, it just gave you tbd seats, finally it turns out to be a $#*!.

Reliable and Cheap

I ordered Life is Beautiful tickets and was worried about getting scammed after reading reviews about this website but am very satisfied. I purchased the tickets for cheaper than I saw anywhere else. I got the tickets two days later and they checked out and worked.

Give Adam a promotion

I began my search for last minute concert tickets on Vividseats mobile app. I noticed that the only way I could receive the tickets I wanted were through mail and I was concerned they wouldn't make it to me in time for the show. I called customer support and thank God I got ahold of Adam. I explained my situation and immediately Adam went above and beyond to help me out. He explained that there were closer seats for cheaper & instead of having them mailed they would be through flash seats. I agreed and he read terms and conditions and made sure I understood everything before we got off the phone. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will be using Vividseats for all of my concert/sports tickets. 10/10 recommend.

I tried multiple times but wasn't able to use the online coupon emailed to me but I called in and spoke with Rick. He's the best, he was very patient and helped me with the coupon to save me some money and got my tickets ordered! I spent a long time looking and Vivid Seats had the best deal on these tickets and much better customer service! Thank you so much Rick! Can't wait to see the Stones!

Ripped off
December 5, 2021

I purchased tickets to a football game and NEVER received the tickets. They tried to tell me I did. I think I would know if I did and if I went to a football game. I asked for a refund and was declined. Don't use this business unless you like to gamble.
