They sold us fake tickets to a fake event

They sold us fake tickets to a nonexistent event. Their customer service agent lied and said he confirmed the event was real even after the venue said the tickets were fake. Next to impossible to get a refund. This is a predatory company. RUN. Only deal with the venue directly.

Do NOT use Vivid under any circumstances!

I bought tickets to a football game, they sent the wrong tickets, I contacted Vivid immediately (within minutes) and they said they could not cancel the order and send me the correct tickets because they are merely a third party intermediary between buyer and seller.

So much for their worthless "100% Buyer Guarantee." I recommend using a more reputable company like Ticketmaster.

I purchased the ticket back in 10/4 for vividseat.com and I was so excited to go BTS concert. TM released the ticket 10/5 but I bought this seat from vivid so I can have better seat and price. I waited until 26 November but expected delivery date was changed to 27 then 28 then 29 then 30 and 1st Dec. I called and I chatted with agents at least 20times and all of them told me exact samething. You have to wait until seller release the ticket and you will get the ticket before the event. I was so mad but i waited and waited... the day of concert 12/2 around 3pm I was chatting with some agent and she or he told me that seller doesn't have my ticket and he or she was offering different seat. When I ordered this ticket It was showing me this... we guarantee that your tickets will be within the zone or section listed or one comparable and that you will receive these tickets in time for the event or your money back. It was not even same section or comparable seat seller was offering me I was so mad and ask them i will take the seat because I have no choice but I want to compensation for what happened. Seller refused to give me partial refund nor vividseat. VIVIDseat send me $200 stor credit and I couldn't believe it. Fee was over $500. I do not understand how they do business like this and rip off customer's money and heart. Government or whoever in charge they need to shut down this business or give them bad report. Seller sold my ticket to other customer and probably who paid way more than I did but I ordered first. This concert was so so so important and vividseat and seller ruined my entire day. I am upset and pissed off what happened but i told other armies that this website is fraud. They got my money for almost 2 months and the day of concert oh, I don't have ticket so i will give you different seat I never wanted in first place. They shoudln't sell any ticket if you don't have inventory.

Worst ever tickets seller

Worst ever tickets seller,
I bought seats worth $113 center-right and in front section, they sent me seats worth $64 way far to the right (next the wall) and way far behind.
When I called, after so many tries, they said sales are finals and I can sell tickets on google, what a thieves, I called my bank with all screenshots I have and they will take it from there, I'm sure I'll get my money back but wanted to give you all heads up as I think some won't be able to get their money back.
Bottom line: advice; Don't buy from those thieves.

Spent almost $1800 on Bills/Bucks tickets only for vivid seats not to provide them. They ran around us telling us to keep checking emails which they never sent the night before, morning of, on the way to the game until eventually we gave up and we're forced to buy additional tickets. We called multiple times and we're guaranteed the tickets would be provided until they eventually blamed Ticketmaster and refused to help or refund. Absolutely zero support. Do NOT use them!

When I buy seats for a show or event, I want to know where the seats are. I just took a chance this time, but the staff could not tell me where the seats are. TRhe website was even less help. Nearly $500 for seats and I still don't know where the hell I will be sitting. Sorry, but will never use this service again.

Total Scam

Guess I can be happy it only cost me $112 to learn to never deal with an independent resale marketplace again. Got to vivid seats by mistake when I thought I was on UNLV website. Totally deceptive practices. No follow up emails with reminders and caveats. Absolutely horrific customer service. Hard to imagine why they reached out to me almost two months later after my attempts to reach them on the day and days following the event were worthless.

Ripped off

I purchased tickets to a football game and NEVER received the tickets. They tried to tell me I did. I think I would know if I did and if I went to a football game. I asked for a refund and was declined. Don't use this business unless you like to gamble.

Do not use this company. They sent me fraudulent tickets and I have contacted them 5 times to get my money back to no avail. They keep saying they will send me a form to fill out and that I'm "next in line" for claims however it has been almost two weeks and still no form. Their customer service is absolutely horrible and a nightmare to get ahold of.

Update: it has now been a month and a half and I have still not received my refund. It's extremely difficult to get ahold of someone and when I do, they aren't helpful. Never use Vividseats.

I purchased two very expensive tickets through Vivid Seats ($586 each, plus $38.82 each in NJ sales tax plus $115.88 each in fees paid to Vivid Seats) to see Genesis as a birthday present for my husband. Genesis is a band my husband has been a major fan of his whole life and has never seen live. Up front, the concert was neither postponed nor canceled due to COVID. My husband, however, suffered a recurrent brain tumor and the development of a prostate tumor, both of which require treatment that has caused profound fatigue, weakness, neuropathy, cognitive deficits and vastly increased immuno-compromise. Yes, I listed the tickets for sale via Vivid Seats. The listing expired, so I relisted. The next time the listing expired, I received a notification that the listing was GOING to expire, but that notification was SENT to me 10 minutes AFTER the listing expired, and apparently because the event was now less than 2 days away, the site would not allow me to list the tickets again. Maybe there's something I missed, I don't know. I'm more than just a little bit stressed with what my husband is going through and caring for him. But I do know the site wouldn't accept my listing. I just needed an easy way to try to resell the tickets that didn't take much effort or time. Figuring out why a listing routinely expires and has to be renewed, and how and under what conditions a listing can be made is something I simply don't have time for right now. I pled my case to customer support, hoping for a refund at best or the ability to relist my tickets prior to the event at worst. All I received was a generous feeding of chapter and verse about their policies, procedures, terms and conditions. Obviously Vivid Seats makes plenty of money through fees to have a nice website and folks to field sales, customer support, technical and privacy departments. What I needed was a company that can think on its feet and do something right for someone in a tough situation. What I got was policy and ZERO compassion. MESSAGE RECEIVED, loud and clear. I will NEVER use Vivid Seats again, and will make every effort to encourage every person I know to avoid them at all costs.

Glenda was very helpful as I needed to book a large party for a local NBA game. Planning 15 guests for a work event was made much easier when done over the phone and with Glenda being so helpful and courteous. The advent of online ordering and application ordering for resale tickets has been convenient, but nothing beats a helpful representative on the other side of a lovely phone call.

Buyer Guarantee 100% Meaningless

Purchased seat for game at Lambeau. It was delivered over 1 hour after start of game so I had already found another ticket through a reputable company and never took receipt. The "100% Buyer Guarantee" states seats on time or money back. Spent 30 minutes on phone twice to even talk with someone who couldn't help; the only confirmation I got was they already transferred the money to the seller - nice algorithm. Provided e-mail records clearly showing the time the tickets were delivered. Was repeatedly assured their "dedicated team" was looking into this extremely simple open/shut issue when asking for update by email. The "dedicated team" could not provide timeline. It's now been over a month and it's clear the company is just crooked. Use StubHub and don't support!

FRAUD - do not risk it

This is fraud! I attempted to purchase tickets on this website, completed all steps, and when I got to the final step to confirm my purchase, I clicked "confirm". The website told me, "Oops, looks like someone just bought these tickets". These were the only seats available on the website that I wanted so I instead went to Ticketmaster and bought different seats, The next day, I saw emails from Vividseats confirming my purchase of the original seats. I immediately called, spoke to 3 different people explaining their website told me someone else had purchased the tickets. After 1.5 hours on the phone, I was just repeatedly told I had purchased non-refundable tickets so there was nothing they could do. They would not let me speak with a supervisor, stating it's not their policy to let customers speak to supervisors. They said my only recourse was to try to sell the tickets on their website which, you guessed it, they take a fee for. THIS IS FRAUD! I have filed with the BBB as well.

I called today because I was having trouble seeing the fee included in the final price. The wait for a customer service was not long at all and the representative I got, Ruddy, was a complete pleasure. I prefer Vivid Seats to other ticket resale companies due to the great promo codes and customer rewards but thanks to Ruddy C., I'm definitely sticking with them. For the best price I scored tickets for my Dad to see the Duke Blue Devils for Christmas. Thanks Vivid Seats and thank you Ruddy.

I've gone to a lot of events and used a lot of different ticket agents. This is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. Didn't receive my ticket but still got charged. Tried to talk to 2 different customer service people who were no help. Didn't even offer any sort of "here's what we can do" help when it's was THEIR APP that wasn't working. Awful experience and I will never purchase tickets through them again.

Lost My money

I could not get access to my tickets. So I started contacting them two weeks before the concert asking for help. The ignored me. I continued to ask for help every day for two weeks saying I could not access my tickets, they continued to ignore me. The concert came and went and I sat at home. $300 out the window.
After the concert I continued to contact them asking for a refund, they ignored me for 6 weeks. Finally after 6 weeks they sent me an email saying that it was my fault amd they would not refund my money. I explained in detail all of the facts but, without any substantive explanation they just said it was my problem and no refund. So I am out $300. Their 100% guarantee that you will get your tickets is worthless.

I have used Stubhub, Ticketmaster and Seatguru multiple times with no problems. So if you don't want to risk loosing a lot of money to a company that obviously does not care about your experience use one of the top companies not some fly by night shisters.
