Exceptional Customer Service

As a very cautious buyer, I was a bit hesitant to purchase from Vividseats.com because this is going to be my first time to purchase from this site. But I'm glad I did the tickets I purchased though was over the phone and I'm so happy ABEL A. Was the representative/customer service person who helped me and my cousin during this crucial time to purchase tickets for BTS PTDLV. Abel was exceptional, patient and provided an amazing customer service experience for first time purchaser like us. He explained everything thoroughly and willing to wait until we get a ticket confirmation in my email. He answered my questions with a professional manner and NOT one bit that he ever express any annoyance while I ask him multiple questions regarding the process of purchasing tickets and if We are really getting the tickets the same day. I've read other reviews saying they didn't get their tickets or waited long. But not when Abel is the person to help you. So when you call Vivid seats customer service *******143 look for Abel A. You will not get disappointed he will provide that Exceptional customer service experience that we all look for and appreciate. Vivid seats gained loyal customers like us. Will definitely purchase from this site again. So hopefully the rest of the customer service reps are as amazing as Abel.

The ticket resale sites are numerous and very few offer live or phone assistance. Our concert is about two months from now so the story is not complete yet. However I feel fairly confident that we will not have any issues as far as our tickets are concerned. Ticket Master does not offer phone assistance as you probably know. The only weird thing is that my confirmation email from Vivid seats actually took me to Ticketmaster's website. Again, this resale ticket game is a bit confusing and or convoluted to say the least.

Buyer BEWARE

Imagine my surprise when I was denied entrance to the Shen Yun 3/19/22 performance at the Keller Auditorium in Portland OR after purchasing box seats for over $500. I was asked to go to the box office. They informed me the original tickets were canceled in 2020 by James Herbert. Vivid Seats sold invalid tickets. I had used the site because of the 100% guarantee of ticket verification. Imagine my surprise when I emailed their customer support and their response was basically you can try to have your bank fight the charge but you will probably not win. To see the show I had to buy new tickets $320 and was told there were only 6 seats left. Thank God I had the money and we got to the there yet early. What a scam the original ticket holder had going! Shame on Vivid Seats for not honoring their guarantee of verified tickets and their intimidation tactics to get me to not pursue fighting a fraudulent charge with my bank!

Ordered tickets says they will email but u need other apps that we couldn't open called for help the customer service guy just yelled and put us on hold. Called back to get a refund and no refund. Don't waste ur time thru this company! Won't ever use em again!

WARNING

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING! I literally got to the concert, Elton John Final Tour, and was told my tickets were BOGUS. They said Vivid Seats and the like, Stub Hub, is a clearing house made up of individuals to sale tickets.
BUT, and its a big one, they can RESALE YOUR TICKETS if by chance your event is RESCHEDULED! I was in a long line of people that were having the same problem at the concert door. I ended up having to buy the only remaining tickets at the box office that were literally behind the stage and I couldn't even see Elton John on his final tour to Dallas ever! Very sad! Look at all the bad reviews on here, they are all centered around rescheduled events. Not only that, but customer service who states 100% guarantee, HUNG UP on me when I called in for reparations. I lost 2,000.00. I tell you what, you cannot let your guard down for one second these days because someone is out there trying to take advantage or trying to take your money! It is very sad and sickening this has become the new American Dream!

I made a purchase on vividseats for upcoming Raptors game on Friday. But I got a cancellation email, so I called to confirm and see what the problem was. Richard was so so helpful and nice with the process of re-purchasing the tickets, and explaining what needed to be done. For any future purchases, I'd definitely call to make them with Richard!

Fraudulent Tickets

I purchase tickets to go to the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas and my tickets were fraudulent. I could not get into the venue since they scanned Invalid. The seller sold them twice. My friends were able to get a photo of the individuals tickets that were sitting my our seats that cost over 1,000.00 dollars. We were able to prove that they were fraudulent. Vivid says they have a guarantee that your tickets are valid and authentic or they pay you back, which is wrong. Its been 3 months and I still have not been reimburse for the tickets. They come up with every excuse not to pay you back. "Theres a form that you did not fill out, etc." I have sent every form, all the proof and I have no refund.

Had problems buying online so called direct! Then had problem with my payments! Reps said address didn't match cards! Called cards verified address called vivid backs lost first rep trying to hold but got a awesome guy Carlos! Again credit card had problem verifying address but debit was good this time! Carlos gave me a discount! He was just nice to talk to! Was excited for me cause I never seen Bon Job before told him I was taking a girl! He asked girlfriend said not yet! He said this is a good start! Wished me well said have a great time at the concert also verified all info apologized for the address problem! I will order tickets from him again only him! Just a super nice guy to talk to plus he wasn't a robot! Thank you Carlos for help!

Do not buy tickets from this company! They will rip you off if your event venue comes out with a new BS Covid policy (like requiring kids 5 and older to be vaccinated in order to attend. No negative Covid tests accepted in place). I just had this happen to me for 2 hockey games in the Chicago area. Vivid Seats refuses to refund me when I was forced to not be able to attend my events. My young son, who was to attend with me, is not vaccinated nor will he ever be! This is against the law in so many ways! I have contacted the BBB to file a complaint against them.

Ticket link error and zero help from Vivid

I purchased 2 (expensive) tickets to a show and the link they sent multiple times didn't work. Got error after error message. Over a week and 4 tries with live chat and finally a resolution. Lost out huge as plans changed and had only a few days to resist tickets due to delivery delay. No accountability from Vivid and generally unhelpful and rude customer service. Clearly a company only in it for the fees and not their customer's satisfaction. Never again. Just buy from Ticketmaster and save yourself the headaches.
