I purchased 4 tickets through Vivid.The transaction appeared in the app and showed what section and row but no actual seat #'s. I got to the venue and the tickets had never actually been transferred… the venue even grabbed my phone and searched all through my e-mail and the tickets were never received by me… i had to purchase 4 more tickets on the spot to get in. Vivid refused to refund my $400+ as they said the 3rd party whom the tickets wen through said they sent them to me. The venue gave me tip… DO NOT USE VIVID… this happens frequently.
This was my first-time purchasing tickets from Vivid Seats, I will never do it again. They sold me tickets they didn't even have and when they said they would show up two days prior to the event. They did not, then it was one day prior to the event. They did not again... then the morning of the event, I called, this person said that he had spoken to his supervisor and that the tickets would arrive by 11 am and if they had not to call back. They did not show up again. I called back and this person told me that they would be there before the show... and that I had a guarantee in case they did not, I was over 300 miles from home to attend this event... what was I supposed to do wait until a minute before the show to find out. These tickets were a gift, I couldn't let it ruin this person event... I finally told her that I worked for an attorney, and I would be having him call her. She said ok, nothing more, but my tickets showed up within 15 minutes and then they were the worst tickets in the world... Never Again, buy direct, saving a couple of dollars is so not worth it.

Tickets not emailed, they refuse to refund, want you to login into other ticket sites and try to find the tickets on your own. Support doesn't respond to emails. Chat support is worthless, takes minutes to get a reply and then you have less than a minute to reply or session ends. Avoid.
They didn't send my tickets. I had to call. They said they retransferred my tickets. They asked me to go to ticket master and AXS. Neither had my tickets. Now 2 days before the concert I still don't have my tickets and they woudn't offer a refund. They wasted hours of my time! Don't use them!

Vivid seats has very poor customer service. They did not resolve an issue with pricey tickets that were not stadium seats and would not put a manager to appropriately address concerns. If you are not satisfied with your tickets get ready to be told the sale is final and I cannot and will not transfer you to a manager because our customer service is it and you got the tickets so basically they tell you to go on your way and there is absolutely nothing they can do for you after even spending more that $1000. 00 on each ticket. In addition, they will also let you know there will be no recompense any credit or anything else for any ticket errors. If you bought the tickets and they are not what you asked for they will not budge and will let you know from the very beginning there is nothing they will do to make up for their misinformation or mistake, I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for good reliable service and where you can get issues resolved.
