I just spent $2700- for tickets and was assured that the price included event protection. (insurance) in case of inclement weather. MY order did not include event protection when it was emailed to me. I asked the agent Cymer, 3 times if it included event protection and he said yes. He knew what he was doing. FRAUD! Stay away. There was no mistaking what was requested, promised and NOT delivered.
My girlfriend is claustrophobic and doesn't like big crowds, especially being hemmed in to a seat in the middle of a row. I wanted tickets to see Santana on August 23rd at Credit One Stadium in Charleston. But the seats haven't been assigned/published and I didn't want to take a chance on not getting an end seat for Jennifer. I called the toll free number to Vividseats and was greeted by Chris Y. After some time of digging he couldn't find a specifically designated seat on the end of a row. Then, he suggested Section 6 had only 6 seats in the row; that chances are we'd get 2 seats on either end of the row. I was elated! He even saved me $25 off the website price! Got charged $185.68 charge on my debit card which caused an overdraft fee from my bank. Looked on my account to verify that this was from VividSeats from my bank even shows vividseats transaction for the charge in my checking account. Called VividSeats customer service and they stated we didn't charge my account and that bank is wrong. I'm looking at my bank account and it shows vividseats charging my account. I figured out that this transaction must of came from reselling my Garth Brooks concert tickets (May 2020) in Cincinnati, OH due to concert being rescheduled due to Covid in 2020 since that is only ticket i bought from them in last 3 years. The concert just happened in May 2022 but now they want to charge me for a concert i didn't attend and i resold my tickets. Didn't even get an notice or email about Vividseats taking out money from my bank account. They just did what they wanted too. I will never use a third party ticket concert seller again because of this. This is a bunch of bullcrap. They overcharge for the concert tickets and you don't get much back even when you resell your tickets because they charge all those high price transaction fees when you buy tickets and resell. It is like double Whammie to your wallet.
Their tickets are priced fairly but Vivid will mark the sell up to much it makes the purchase not worth it. Also, notice the fees are per ticket and not a flat rate. It's east to miss that if you're moving too quickly.

Ronald F. Took my call to purchase tickets to an out of town event a few months away. I've never used this sight before, and was a little leery how it all worked. It was an easy process, and Ronald was very patient with my many questions. Beware that ticket values are "face value", as service charge, tax, electronic fees, etc are added. BUT, they would be added anywhere you purchase tickets. I appreciated when I inquired about all the fees and final cost that he took the time to explain. Confirmation info was emailed as I was on the phone with him. The expected arrival of emailed tickets isn't until the day before the concert. This makes me a bit nervous... They also are not printable, BUT he told me several times that I must have my phone with me to attend the concert. First time for me purchasing/rendering tix this way, but I'm sure this is the norm with technology. I called on a Sunday afternoon on a holiday b/c I had a few questions while ordering online. I was surprised someone took the call, and not "call back during normal business hours". I was happy to purchase the tickets that day over the phone after all my questions were answered.
I spoke with a very nice lady named Meghan and I loved the experience. She directly answered my question and even gave me a small discount! In 2020 I purchased Chris Stapleton tickets. Now in 2022 they send my tickets by UPS to my old address. With zero warning. The first call to customer service. They notify me that there is plenty of time and rest assure that you will get your tickets. As the event near I get same response. 2 days prior they tell me they can send a QR code for tickets. 1 hour later they send an email that they can't send it and I will not get tickets or refund. This is after being on hold many times told the same bs. Rest assure you are guaranteed your ticket. Sure you could get lucky and not have an issue but do yourself a favor and don't risk using vivid seats. They have hidden fees that will mark up your tickets price. This is by far the worse experience I have had that cost me time, money, and created unneeded stress in high stress times. Pay more somewhere invest in security and your sanity. This place is a fraud and should be sued. If you own stock in this company sell asap. They won't be in business long with how they treat people.

I recently purchased Morgan Wallen tickets that included a fast pass for $350 per. They came with row and seat numbers in them. Upon arrival at the venue, I was informed that I had been defrauded, and received only fast passes. Two calls to customer service later, I have not been refunded. Vivid Seats took no responsibility for the fraud, and told me this was my fault for not reading more carefully.
Updated 6/16: I finally received and email stating that they did find a problem with my purchase, and they refunded my entire cost, and issued a $150 credit to my account. I am not sure how to account for this? Was it in response to the email I sent? I don't know, but I am happy with the outcome.
Tix i bought in Feb. First email from them they said the first tix where no good id get new ones Then the next email said to keep a look out for the new tix. Then the next one said there on there way to be transferred to me. The next ssid they where accepted I NEVER GOT THEM OR ACCEPTED THEM. Now the fight began. 8 phone calls. This company is horrible. I paid almost $500 for a concert ticket and they never transferred it to me. I called customer service four times and also did a live chat, and every time the agent just read from a script and couldn't figure out the problem. They kept telling me that the seller transferred the ticket to me, but they wouldn't give me any proof. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn't give me one. They basically stole my money. Don't ever buy a ticket from this company - it is a total rip-off!
