Could not find a ticket that was close at the BTS concert. When I did find one I called because I was having problems ordering I call vivid and got Justin he help us out and made my child day. And will be calling him when I want any tickets so get ready you got a client for life. Thank you Justin and Vivid for always been the one to depend on.

Kyle helped me buy tickets for an upcoming event today. He was super sweet! Kyle asked me which event I was looking to go to and what my budget was. I appreciated that he wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive ticket. He made sure that I understood the terms of agreement and assured that my 2 tickets would be next to each other. He said he would apply a 10% discount but he didn't give me a discount at all on my tickets. I thought he had but when I checked the price it was same as when I viewed it without a discount.
The website coupon code was not working that i was emailed 5 minutes earlier so i had to call in to get discount.
