I am so sick of your lack of technical support. I waited over an hour to speak with a general support tech just so I could be transferred to tier 2 support. Upon being transferred the tech asked me for a case number and then routed me back into the general call queue which will take yet another hour before anyone picks up, at this point tier two is closed and so I will now have to come back yet another day to work on this. I am asking for a full refund of this defective product. My request has been submitted (case#*******).
We have no choice but to leave bad reviews for your product and will no longer be a customer or recommend your product. Please expedite the return and refund so we can take our business elsewhere.
