I was charged for tickets I didn't authorize. I contacted the company before the funds were take from my bank, asking them to cancel the transaction... Nope. They took $367.00 out of my account the next day. Contacted the BBB. Working with my bank to get this fixed. Complete nightmare.
Brady was a ton of help. My bank wasn't allowing the transactions to happen and I was getting pretty frustrated but brady was on things and knew right what to do. Got my tickets super fast and he was beyond helpful. Petition to get Brady a raise should be happening
I tried order with the app but that didnt work. Called to order. That was a big mistake! I ordered tickets for 51 field and they sold me 51 reserve tickets for the World Series game 7... for the same price... called cutomer service to fix the issue and they said there is nothing they can do... crock of $#*!!. Totally ruined my day! I will never buy tickets from this service
My first order was cancelled. But, when I got someone on the phone they were so helpful. A computer couldn't have helped me because it only looks at data. When I told them I had a residential address and a mailing address, they were able to help me with my birthday present to myself. Thank you so much. Today, I used a credit that I received from Vivid - due to the seller not sending tickets to a previous concert (no fault of Vivid). However, Vivid graciously refunded me my money for this previous concert, plus they gave me a $100 credit voucher towards a future purchase. This didn't diminish the disappointment from missing the concert two hours before it started, which had been rescheduled twice (because of COVID), but it made it a little more palatable. Moving forward several months to today, I purchased another set of tickets to a concert, using my credit, PLUS my Vivid representative Jaime, gave me an additional $10 off my purchase. I know Vivid has gotten a bad rap recently, but moving forward I honestly believe they are trying to make things right for their customers!
I do hope the seller comes through on this purchase for our concert in April!

I was looking to order multiple seats from different sellers for an event and wasn't able to do so easily online. I called customer service, and the customer service agent I worked with extremely helpful and able to get me exactly what I needed. These were also the best priced tickets for the sporting event I attended, so I am a happy customer!
Terrible company to deal with. Bought tickets one year ago, concert postponed and not to be rescheduled anytime soon. Called for refund, no human to talk to. Filed with attorney general, bbb and my credit card company. Still waiting... do not do business with them.
I have been trying to get my money back on concert for almost 1 & 1/2 years. After many postponment, i was told once concert canceled i could get a full refund. Well now its canceled and they won't refund me. They will issue a store credit. Even though their policy says full refund and I have emails stating once the concert is canceled a full refund will be issued. They are refusing now. You cant talk to anybody cause its thru email and you get nowhere. I will never use vivid seats again. This is a full blown scam they are running. I have never experience this kind of problem in all my years attending concerts. I should have went thru Ticketmaster. They refund asap.
I paid $157 for a $40 seat for the Indian Wells Tennis tournament. A total ripoff. I didn't read the small print carefully enough.
Later I bought a much better ticket for $100 on line from the actual venue.

They have the WORST customer service. Put you in endless holds, DROP CALLS... all about selling... LOAD UP FEES... if there is any ERROR even on their part... YOU ARE SCREWED... Very nasty responses. Patronizing... I ordered 2 tickets... Got confirmation of 1... called immediately to get it changed to 2... spend more money... ONLY OPTION was to BUY@ MORE... eat the other ticket. NOT GOOD.
I immediately contact Vivid when I inadvertently purchased six tickets instead of 2 for a basketball game. The order sight pre-populated the quantity of 6 and I did not notice until I clicked after entering the credit card information. They refused to refund the four extra tickets even though they saw that the purchase had just occurred! Customer service is horrible! Offered me the avenue to go on their sight and relist the tickets for a 10% fee! (They refused to assist in doing it!) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I called in to purchase some tickets after having some issues when trying to purchase them online, and I wish that I could remember the gentleman's name who helped me but he gave great customer service and now my tickets are purchased :D
Xavere was very friendly and helpful. I had several questions and he was able to answer them all. He gave me a discount and then gave me information on his website and how I could get a great deal for my next purchase, and even took the time to look up my old orders to give me the numbers so I could get my free ticket. Use Vivid all the time... Love them
I called vivid seats with a desperate attempt for a last minute Ariana Grande ticket after Front Row ticket brokers ripped me off. Not only did I get a ticket, but the rep called me within minutes to meet. Gabe from Chicago, you are the best... unlike Randy from Front Row Tickets! I will always do business with Vivid Seats. Sincerely, your biggest fan. No ticket broker should ever steal from a customer literally 2 hours before an event starts. My 16 year old daughter only works a part time job, you basically stole from her. Front Row and TND who was the supplier are awful people. VIVID you came through 100% 1 hour before showtime, and I will forever be greatful!

Purchased what was supposed to be row one tickets that ended up being general admission for 4x the price. Vivid even acknowledged that this was misleading, but refused to refund the tickets several weeks before the show.
NEVER, EVER use Vividseats. They lost a customer for life anf I hope after you read this, they will lose more!
We require our sellers to accurately label their ticket listings, to ensure our fans know exactly what they will be purchasing. If your ticket listing didn't mention "general admission", "GA" or "SRO", please DM us on social media so we can investigate. If they did, please note that sometimes a row will be given strictly for inventory purposes. That doesn't mean it has an assigned row, though, because general admission means there are no assignments. That explanation can be found in the FAQ on our site.
