My 10% discount was removed in error on the website and I couldn't get it to reapply even through the emailed link. I called customer support and Shayne fixed it for me. He was very friendly and helpful and made sure that all of the details were accurate a few times for me to make sure everything went through correctly. I appreciate friendly customer service and the fact that my issue was resolved quickly, so thank you for that!

Won't give a refund
July 12, 2020

Event was cancelled due to Covid. They sent an email (they spam you with email, so this one must have gotten lost in the pile of the thousands they send you) saying that the event was cancelled, and you had 7 days to claim your refund or they will give you rewards. Once I saw the email, was way past the 7 day mark, and they refused a refund.

It is not safe to attend a concert, and on top of that. THERE ARE NONE.

They care about the money, not about customer service.

I ended up with a person named "Nick" on the phone and he was very helpful in placing my order today. Your website was "stuck" in the "place order" mode and I had already inputted my credit card information and was VERY concerned because I didn't want to be charged for the "stuck order." Nick reassured me that the order wouldn't have gone through and that I have not to worry. I then proceeded to place my order over the phone with Nick and received my order via email within minutes and am very happy! Thank you Nick!

What a complete disappointment. Purchased 2 60$ tix +vip- for $379. At this point I called to ask about the VIP package - as it STATES on the listing. Oh no the lister just decided that the seats were good seats so he sold them as such. WTF seriously... I just hope when I take my little girl tomorrow to the concert the tickets are at least real... NEVER EVER again will i buy from this company. Should be illegal!

Dexter was superrrrr helpful when i called to ask about a VIP parking pass i was trying to buy online, ibwas confused on what exactly it was.
He double checked to make sure i was getting exactly what I wanted.

Also let me know my 10% off was expired, while that sucks, i still purchased.

I've purchased tickets through vivdseats a few times never had any problems!
Will keep buying from here.

Thank you again to Dexter for being patient and helping me out!

Menchie is the best

She was just fantastic to deal with today obtaining my tickets and parking pass. It was a quick, easy and very understandable process and filling my order with her. Very professional and polite! I purchase all my tickets from Vivid and I buy quite a few but she is one of the best reps Ive dealt with in the past 9 years. She's defintely an assest to the Vivid Seat Organization!

We couldn't find the 10% ESPN discount that I heard on the radio right before I placed the order. I couldn't recall the exact promo code. I was only given a $25 discount total, instead of the $55.20 it should've been (3 tix at $184 each x 10%). Is there anything you can do about this missed discount? Credit my Visa with the missing $30.20?

I purchased tickets for a Seahawks game coming up in London. I was very nervous about it, was there a currency exchange? Would we get the tickets on time? What was it like to get to and from the statium?

3rd Party Ticket Scalper - Beware of Scam
April 12, 2023

Use their website or app to purchase tickets to a show. Click on the section closest to the stage called Orchestra Center, purchase tickets, then get redirected to another 3rd party site for downloading of tickets. The scam: The lead you to believe you're getting tickets in a particular section. In this case the seat assignment was labeled "AA." We assumed that was front row. When redirected to other site to print tickets, we discovered seats were in the very back of the theater (row v). The tickets were under a fake "purchased by" name and we had difficulty getting in, as the scanners at the door couldn't read the bar code. Vivid Seats also charged us more than twice the amount of the base ticket price. They wouldn't refund any money. The rude customer service agent said he'd process my complaint for investigation. Of course we never heard from them again. Deceptive, scammy business practices. Do not purchase tickets through this company.

We take the integrity of our tickets very seriously, so we will be launching a full investigation. To that end, a supervisor will be phoning you to go over what happened at the concert. ​In regards to the seating, we can clarify that for you, as we never want our fans to feel misled. The order summary shows that this was for AA through V, rather than just AA. This means the the resulting ticket will be anywhere between row AA through V. This is why the listing included the note about zone seating shown in your screenshot.

I was duped by this business. I went directly to the box office of LebanonOperaHouse
And they informed me that I had been scalped. I paid $100.00 more than I should have.
I am retired and I have been HAD. I will never ever buy tickets again from
VIVIDSEATS as it is all about duping the public. Shame on you- Marian

Despite of the good will of the sales and costumer service teams, I had an, overall, disappointing experience with Vivid Seats. I tried buying 4 tickets for Lakers x Nuggets game four times, and all those times, the purchases were cancelled. I was persistent and tried using other cards as well, but I still received cancelling emails. The tickets values were charged at the moment, so the problem wasn't with the cards. However, even if I asked, no one could tell me the exact reason why my purchases kept getting cancelled. At the end, I just gave up trying to buy from Vivid Seats.

Wanted to buy tickets for the Canucks game, 35 each, or so I thought. There was NO mention of any fees/service fees/taxes-nothing on the payment page. I was charged $92.50 American dollars-why was it in American for a Canadian game?

I looked under the FAQ's-all over the website, I even "faked" another sale to get to the page right before purchase to see if there was any mention of fees and nothing. First of all, its shady and misleading to not mention hidden fees and second, I'm pretty sure it's ILLEGAL. Pissed off and angry and will NEVER buy from them again. Considering mentioning this to a lawyer because this is not legal.

Kyle helped me buy tickets for an upcoming event today. He was super sweet! Kyle asked me which event I was looking to go to and what my budget was. I appreciated that he wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive ticket. He made sure that I understood the terms of agreement and assured that my 2 tickets would be next to each other. I would definitely buy tickets from here again and I'd rather call and speak to a person than buy them online. Thank you Kyle for a super convenient and nice experience getting my tickets!

I purchased tickets from them I spent over $553.74 on 3 tickets for willie Nelson. I kept getting messages that the tickets had been delivered but they hadn't. I spent hours on the phone and on their chat trying to find out what happened to my tickets. They finally sent me to ticket master where I found out the tickets wouldn't be delivered until 2 days before the concert. Then I discovered the tickets I paid over $500 for were worth $250. Also I asked repeatedly to speak with a manager but they refused. I purchased 2 tickets from Ticketmaster 2 days before the concert in the same section for $179.62. What a rip off.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their fees and taxes are no where ro be found on the checkout page, only your tickets, price of tickets, and total price. I saw the total price and figured it was taxes, then after I purchased(this is definitely my bad) I did a double check on the price and it turns out their fees for 4 tickets was $70USD! This is ludicrous, and after speaking with an online agent and an agent on the phone I was simply told, our total price is there, our fans are happy, I cannot refund or cancel your tickets.
Thank you for nothing vivid seats, I will never again book tickets with you.
