VERY nice, personable representative (Tyler) helped me find great tickets for Sebastian Maniscalco. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the venue seating. We had a nice chat about the comedian; he took care of me with courtesy and professionalism. VERY well trained and I'm very satisfied with the level of customer service. Excellent job!
I used the phone and spoke with a vivid seats representative to place my order. I was told that it was better to place my order by phone and that everything would be taken care of. An advantage of by buying by phone was that the purchase would be taken care of and there would be nothing more for me to do.
But later I received emails asking me to do other things which I did not understand.

Today I received assistance from Anthony from Vivid Seats. He was personable and accommodating. I was able to purchase my tickets and get great seats. I will definitely recommend Vivid Seats to everyone.
Mark was very knowledgeable and informative on the process for selecting location and seating. As a first time user I found this very helpful, and I will be utilizing Vivid Seats for purchases of Milwaukee Bucks tickets.

Wished to buy tickets for the US Golf Open for the same day as I called. Agent was informative and able to obtain the tickets immediately. Very knowledgeable and I was confident that I'd be able to obtain them as she described. Even received a call from the person onsite verifying what time I would be there to assure the tickets were ready at the "Will Call" window, which they were.
Matt was great in assisting as I purchased tickets to the Cubs v. Giants game on July 24th. I received my order summary immediately was informed that I should receive my tickets no later than June 10th. From reading the "bad reviews", I have used Vivid in the past and never had any issues receiving my tickets.
Less than 24 hours after posting my negative review about my purchase from Vivid I received a phone call from a customer service manager. I did not expect the call and was surprised! The manager had taken the time to review my complaint and understood my issue with the upgraded seats. The manager patiently listened to me and we discussed my complaint. The manager then offered me FULL reimbursement for the upgraded seats I did not use! I am a very satisfied customer! I added Vivid back to my bookmarks and will use them again for my future ticket purchases. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Vivid for all ticketing purchases - they care about their customers! If I could give zero stars I would. I have been emailing them for months trying to get a refund for my event that was cancelled and they are just running me in circles! 100% buyer guarantee? BS. I will NEVER be buying from vivid seats again. They have used what's all going on right now to completely screw their customers. We were told that our refund was processed on 3/25 and that we would receive it 2-4 weeks and when we didn't see it and I followed up they said I didn't respond to the email (which I did not receive) within the 7 days and am no longer eligible for the refund. That was on 4/21st that they said they sent that email. If they would have actual processed my refund like they said they did, I would have received my refund by the time they'd sent out that email! So they lied about actually processing my refund and then tried to make it seem like it was our fault. AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY! I'll take my buisness elsewhere.
This is the second year we have work with "Nick" to purchase tickets first for the 2018 Belmont and now the 2019 Preakness. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable.

Sold them tickets 8 days before the schedule game. The day after the even they said there was a problem with the tickets. I wasn't suppose to scan and send them my hard copy tickets? Then why asked me for SCANS in the first place? And why not let me know there was a problem the moment I sent them to you. You can CLEARLY see they are a scan of a real ticket? If there scan quality was in question anyone with a smart phone can check and see if the barcode is scanable. No, instead they wait until after the game and then recall their money and then charge my CC 200% as a penalty! I did not intentionally try to deceive them, if they would have said anything in the days leading up to the game we could have worked something else out (with an email I can forward tickets from my MLB account). Seems like they rather get their money back and in addition make 200% as a penalty, what incentive do they have to even look at the scans they requested?
Read all the one star reviews. They are telling you truth. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Please don't. I am shocked. I lost words. The website shows $78. At the end, I was charged $100 per ticket. When I printed them out. The original face value was $64. OMG. WTF. I am taking tylenol.
Had to call and speak with a live person, what a pleasant surprise. Lorre helped trackdown why an order I placed for 1/22/2021 Dead & Friends concert at Fiddler's Green Amphitheater, Greenwood Village, CO had not sent a confirming email for my order. She checked all the information I gave her and found that no order had been processed for this show and let me know she would gladly process an order for the show. She was absolutely spot on. When an event of interest comes up in the future I will check VividSeats first to buy tickets for that event. Thanks again, Lorre, for the prompt and courteous attention you gave my inquiry.
Bought tickets to a baseball game and they were not delivered. Rep was unable to help retrieve the tickets. Had to buy replacement tickets. Next day, contacted rep who again could not help, but to say the Seller reported the tickets were delivered; the tickets were not delivered.
I got the tickets that I wanted and also an amazing discount! So happy to he make to go to this event because Slipknot is my favorite band and i have been waiting for this opportunity for a long time!
The representative helped me with all my needs! He was great to work with and answered all my questions! This is my second time going through Vivid Seats and I will continue returning.

It was helpful to talk to you and confirm my ticket on-line. However, as I shared the event with my friends on-line, they informed me that the concert is in Mason County, W. V.! I checked it out and it does say that, but also states that they will be in Mason County, Ludington, MI. Wow. They can't be in both places at once! So please let me know what is going on. My ticket says Ludington!
Answer: They are a site just to help scalpers. Don't trust their tickets!
