Had to call and speak with a live person, what a pleasant surprise. Lorre helped trackdown why an order I placed for 1/22/2021 Dead & Friends concert at Fiddler's Green Amphitheater, Greenwood Village, CO had not sent a confirming email for my order. She checked all the information I gave her and found that no order had been processed for this show and let me know she would gladly process an order for the show. She was absolutely spot on.
