My very first experience purchasing from Vivid Racing was excellent from the beginning, all started with a question and the sales representative, Luís Palacios, answer all my questions, take my purchase order and keeled me up to date through the entire process until my products arrived.
In the other hand, my products were brand new, the very same as described, authentic brand and very fast shipping to international destination (Mexico City).

This company is a joke. Tried calling on my order for weeks. Got the same computer generated email saying was in the warehouse will shot soon. Finally got on the phone with someone to find out the order has been sold out. They took my money on a sold out order. One of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with. Place is a joke
Ordered projector lights for a dodge ram almost a month and a half now and every time I call them they always have excuses back ordered very bad service they don't know where they are they don't give me a tracking number they don't give no information I will never deal with these people again
I needed some upgrades to my Tundra and I called the team at Vivid racing. Not only did they find what I was looking for but helped me install it! They also referred me to a shop, but was shown how to install myself! Above and beyond service!
Got in contact with James McKibben to get a set of BBS FI-R for my M2 Competition. Just took a couple messages back and forward to finalize the details. Once all settled he sent me a quick invoice, paid and the set was on its way to me within a couple days. Also had them order a set of new BBS Carbon centers which where drop shipped from BBS directly even quicker. No hassles, great communication and the set came in perfect shape.
I called the Vivid Racing sales department because I had a special option needed on one of their products. Frank took the call, quickly understood my requirement, called the vendor while I was on the phone, got the answer, and the lead time to manufacture, took all my information, quickly processed all the paperwork, and had them in my e-mail inbox, before we got off the phone. I greatly appreciate his knowledge, and expertise in products, process, his networking skills in quickly communicating with vendors and thorough follow through after the sale.
Its been 7 days and no email given stating item has shipped. You have to spend $50 to ship ground which is bull$#*!. And they can't seem to get their heads out their asses to ship the item. Never again!
Placed an order for a Megan Racing catback exhaust system for my mini Cooper S R53 as they had the best price around and "in stock" at the time. A few weeks went by so I asked for an update and they responded quickly with the expected ship date from the manufacturer. A week went by and I asked for another update since I didn't receive a shipment notification and again they responded quickly with the tracking number and I then seen it was expected that same day, awesome!
The exhaust fit perfectly, the finish was excellent, and the sound is good but kind of quiet, until it breaks in.
My experience with vivid racing, their team, and the product was great, 10/10. Will recommend to others and will buy from again.
Ordered a replacement window for my Jeep Wrangler soft top in October 21 and it's now January of 22 and still have yet to receive my order. It's negative ° here... In fact, after several attempts to get an answer I was just informed the shipping date has once again (for the 5th time) changed and isn't even to be delivered for another 3 weeks. By the time I get the window (if I do) it will most likely be about time to take it off again. Will never use Vivid Racing again, nor will I recommend to anyone. HORRIBLE experience!
I ordered a bumper for my ATV received an email that it is a special order and could take some time to arrive and they were waiting for my response to go ahead and order it. I emailed 1 hour later to cancel it and have been waiting for a response for 4 days now. I have emailed 5 times, called there number over 50 times, left a message and still nothing. My PayPal has been charged $369.00 and I can't get a hold of them for a refund. What kind of company is this!?
Going on 3rd week with no info on ordered items. No tracking # sent as promised. Their Rep Tanner was told my product would ship end of 2nd week. 3rd week called Tanner and she can't get anyone to answer the phones at two different offices. This is during business hours! What kind of Outhouse are they running? LOL a sh%#ty one obviously!
I received a "drop ship" notification with zero tracking information. When I sent a message to Customer Service, they said the Manufacturer is backlogged and will have it shipped out October 30th. Still no updates in my email, so I again get with Customer Service and they tell me the new date to ship is March 30,2023! I have sent numerous emails telling them to cancel my order and refund me the money I paid for the part I didn't receive. I have received no replies since.

First time ordering from vivid racing, and they did not disappoint. Ordered the afe axle back for my 18 Elantra gt sport. Delivery didn't take long, all the parts were included. Was surprised by the duties lol being in Canada. Remember to keep that in mind but besides that great experience
Tried getting certain parts from several other online companies, canceled two orders, always a reason they didnt have something or couldnt get me something. I was over it! Ran across Vivid Racing and had zero issues in getting the parts i was wanting. Ill be sticking with these guys from here on out!
Avoid this company at all cost, even if Amazon costs more, buy whatever you were going to get from there instead of this podunk operation. I was just told by a representative that I can't return an item that has been installed, even with the 25% restocking fee. An item literally installed a week ago, clearly within the 30 day policy timeline and a completely unsatisfactory item at this price point.
Simple install, not my first rodeo, so clearly a product failure. The foam doesn't seal with the hood at all, the included adhesive is a joke, but the foam isn't even big enough to cover the tube if the adhesive did work. Filter looked like it had already been used. What a terrible business, I will be installing my stock CAI and just have to eat the $300, what a joke!
I ordered parts for my truck in May of 2021. I understand covid messes it up. No communication form Vivid was BS. Then when I called to cancel the order ten weeks after shipping was supposed to happen they dragged their feet on the cancelation. I will not buy anything from these guys ever again. They need to learn that customers make there business not the other way around.
Even though, it took about a month to recieve. I love my headers for my 2017 Nissan Sentra Sr. Can't wait to get it put on. They are very responsive and kept me updated. Also, Vivid Racing parts are of great quality and sturdy. Plus, the cheapest around. I will purchase more parts from you real soon. Thank you so much!
I bought adjustable upper control arms for my car that were advertised to fit. Received them and went to install, only to find out that they were defective and did not fit at all. I'm an ASE certified technician, and these were not the correct parts. I tried both sides, swapped the sides around, everything. So I contacted them for a return. Sent them back, and return shipping was expensive. I requested compensation for the return shipping since it was not my fault, I ordered the correct part. I emailed back and forth with them for awhile and they refuse to pay for it.
I was purchasing a part listed in stock. I made my purchase with them using Affirm. I also paid 80 dollars for 2day shipping. They did not have the part in stock. Not only did they not have the part I need in stock. They are not even have rights on the part listed. They refunded the order without discussing the mater with me. Problem now is my Affirm purchase power is now $0. Got lucky to get approved on the $1500 dollar purchase. Now I can't afford to buy the part I need. Affirm may not approve me for a $1500 purchase in the near future. Either way I am really in a bind now all because Vivid racing showed a part in stock that was not in stock at all. To make matters worse. The part is special order with a 3 week wait, plus shipping time, plus however long Affirm take to give me purchase power again. Which is 3-45 days.
I purchased a helmet from vivid racing. Took 3 weeks and fedex won't deliver because they require a signature and someone home. I work everyday so I guess I won't receive the helmet. I would never deal with this company again. Beware.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
