Ordered a jeep product over a month ago because it was indicated that they had it in stock on web site. No news from them, after 2 emails, they said they didn't have it and that they would contact me when they get it. Two weeks later after two emails, wrote back to me saying that they would get the product one week later. We are 2 weeks later, still no news and no answers from them. Awful service, do not buy from them!
In May of 2021, I ordered a set of Bilstein shocks for my Lexus ISF. They shipped 3 shocks and informed me that the front left shock was out of stock.and will be available around mid August. I waited until September before emailing them about the status of the shock. I emailed them twice more after that, about a month and a half apart. And every single time, I was given an excuse that the manufacturer hasn't shipped out said shocks. The thing is, other businesses already have them in stock for months. I requested a refund, so that I can order it from another vendor. To this date, I haven't gotten a response. I have accepted the fact that I won't be receiving the shock or my money back any time soon. I recommend any prospective buyer to avoid this business like the plague to save unnecessary headaches.
I had an overall great experience buying and gaining knowledge on a some aftermarket parts through Vivid, I had reached out to ask some questions about some parts and got in contact with Tiffany there. She helped me with all my questions and I was able to order what I needed. Super helpful and ever since I've always referred my friends to Vivid Racing and her! 11/10

I ordered a steering wheel. They quickly emailed me to verify the fitment. In the meantime I had changed my mind on the options and asked if they could still change the order. They emailed me quickly, over the weekend, and confirmed they were able to change it. Still need to get the part but so far I have been impressed with their responses.
I received my equipment very fast! And the VR Tuned tuning box V2 installation was enough to let your toddler do it (don't do that haha)! I am very pleased with the immense added performance and response of my car! Five stars to the whole experience!
Sent me the wrong item and I have had a miserable time trying to get it returned over a month now and counting. Won't return calls.

I bought some rotrex fluid from this company and never received it. Sent in multiple tickets to try and get a refund and can't get through on the phone. They are pro at taking your money and not fixing it. If the vivid rep is reading this please contact me and refund me or send my item. Awful.
Vivid racing and specifically Ryan McFarlin have proven on multiple occasions to be a refreshing reminder of a time when customer service was of most importance.
From day one when I showed up at the headquarters not realizing they don't have a showroom, Ryan made sure to take the time to chat and help point me in the right direction.
I would highly recommend vivid racing for any of your aftermarket performance needs.
They list items for sale, you order it and pay extra for rapid shipping... they immediately withdraw money out of your account. Then, when the day its suppose to arrive based on 2 day shipping comes and still no item, you have to call them 4 times in order for them to inform you that that item isn't available, and they have no idea when it will be...further more, they then take 7 days to return your $300+ that took them 7 sec to takenoyt of your account.
None of which are qualities of a reputable company, especially a web based company...
Never again.

At first I was skeptical on ordering parts from Vivid Racing only because of the many bad reviews it receives, but I thought id give it a shot anyway since their prices imo are the best compared to other 3rd party sellers. Keep in mind the only reason Im giving it 4 stars and not 2 is because I had to wait 5 months for my part to come in (I know crazzy right?). BUT they did keep me in the loop anytime I had questions (part was also on back order so I cant complain) and they were extremely cordial, attentive, and quick with their responses. I know that it may depend on the part and where it comes from, but in the end I was very satisfied with my purchase!
I payed for 2 day shipping and it has been over a week. I call and it says that I am caller number 2 in line and then bumps me to number 12 or higher. I have called 3 times and every time they say "it's being processed"
I've purchased a few things from Vivid and loved it. Easy website, great customer service, good prices, and very fast shipping. My parts were at my doorstep within a few days compared to other websites very slow shipping. I will continue to buy parts from here. No complaints.
They take your money and don't ship out your products. If you attempt to contact them for info you will not got a response. Highly recommend not buying from them as I doubt they are even a real company. Best bet is to file a chargeback if you accidentally bought from these scammers.
I called and spoke with Austin about my quote and asked for a shipping date! I was told my order would ship out on Friday 12/22/23! I called back on 12/22 to make sure order would ship. Austin said he checked and it was definitely scheduled to ship 12/22! On 12/26 I still had no tracking number and was told by Austin, he was unaware that manufacturer was closed on 12/22 and therefore would ship out on 12/26 instead! Even though he said he checked with manufacturer on 12/22 and was told they would ship that day, now tells me they were closed the day he checked with them! I cancelled order as I do not like to deal with dishonest individuals! This may or may not be on the company.
Hello, we apologize for the delays, after looking into this, the wheels have to be custom drilled and made before shipping out. Some items (including custom wheels) will have build times.
Order a turbo kit that is dropped shipped from them. After two weeks I messaged them and they said they were trying to contact me but I've checked and nothing. It's approaching one month and still no turbo kit.
My ex-wife was helped by a staff member to select the rims for my daughters birthday. The rims were delivered to the wrong house, I am willing to say that is the only thing that is not their fault, but it was a sign of things to come. When we tried one of the rims, it was the wrong size. Starting the process to return the rims was a headache, but after a few weeks, I was able to send them back, at my own expense. With the discount to have the tires mailed to me, it was $100.00. Without the discount it cost me $400.00 to send them back. They were sent back 01/12/2024 and they confirmed they got them. 3 of the rims were never taken out of the box and I still haven't received a refund. If I get a refund, I am out $500.00, no rims and my daughter doesn't get her birthday present. I will never use Vivid racing again.

I ordered a part almost 3 1/2 months ago and every time I called them I'm on hold for 45 minutes or better three months into this I called these guys today of course I'm on hold for 45 minutes or better. Talked to three different people on hold for 35 minutes or so no respect no empathy about my part not being to me on time, I would recommend these guys to anybody you'll be waiting a lifetime for a part that they're buying from somebody else and marking it up and now I have to wait five business days to get my money back from these guys after three months of chaos for a simple part. I am warning you not to purchase anything from these guys you will get nothing but a run around and they don't care if you've got the part or not they were no help at all.

Made an order in the beginning of February with them. I got a conformation email and they definitely took my money with no hesitation. Maybe got 1-2 emails from them. I've also sent them emails with no returns. Got no calls until April asking if I still wanted my order. Since then I've called multiple times with no answer, left voicemails with no returned calls and also sent more emails with nothing in return. Here we are, the middle of May and still haven't heard back and I still haven't received my order. Customer service needs ton of work.
Status available, after receipt of payment you get a confirmation by e-mail that the part must first be manufactured.
Delivery: Approx. 2 months (Not complete!)
Service: in case of conflicts you get no more answers, or it is dragged into the length
Return: Must be organized yourself and you do NOT get the cost back ( You have to pay the cost yourself and from Germany it is not so little)
Conclusion: Not recommended, as it already gets in the direction of fraud from the seller point of view. I do not recommend it to order there, but that must know everyone himself. I know in any case how high the damage is with me and it is not worth it as a buyer (Germany) to buy there. I have the suspicion that you often such items ( eg my order: B&M Shift Plus 2 Trans Controller) do not ship completely, but that is my suspicion. Criminal complaint was created because it is a suspected fraud.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
