I have been a loyal customer with Vistaprint for over 12 years. This includes many purchases from Vista Boutique. After what I have just been through, I will NEVER buy from Vistaprint again!
The way I have been treated is appalling and shocking by customer service (which includes Monique, Charlotte, Aisha). My big Christmas order was horribly screwed up 3 TIMES! Each replacement was worse than the first one. 2 of my calendars had acid / sulphuric like deposits in them, Christmas cards were printed upside down(on three occasions). Yet with all that, the ignorance, apathy and complete lack of compassion by the Vistaprint reps was the worst part. There are many other printing options and companies out there and after the 12 years of loyal and profitable business I have given to Vistaprint, I will never again deal with them. Well done.

I've never had better customer service online. I had an accidental mishap where something didn't come in the mail, and the nicest person helped me out via chat. They gave me store credit to reorder the item that got lost in the mail and they were very kind and helpful. I've always had wonderful orders from vistaprint, and my mom uses vistaprint for her businesses too. Wonderful!

My order was canceled with no notice and no contact. I will never order from vistoriar again. I contacted them and they apologized but had no reasoning for their failure and no accommodation

I ordered post cards. Worked with someone to do it write, they sent business cards with post card info. Redo they did not say post office rules are right for address, they did not even know this. They will not refund all my money. Including postage. I did not get what I ordered mailable post cards.

Fast service

I placed an order for personalized stickers and paid for expedited service. Unfortunately the post office misplaced & lost my order. I called vista print and they shipped a second order out to me within 2 days! It was fast.They are terrific!

Worst experience ever!.

Spoke to over FIVE representatives no one was able to help me... tried checking out didn't work. Tried from a few different accounts different computers nothing worked! Would not recommend.

I purchased my UV biz cards two types, logo T shirts, card sickers and car magnets and the only thing I was disaponted with was one of my designs which is not down to vistaprint thats my design for my wifes bisiness my other card was amazing which quite frankly is all I care about LOL no seriously my card turned out really well and so did my car magnet signs 10/10 and price was very reasonable especaily today. I really rate Vistaprint and have no problem recomending them. I would state its important to get your images right thats not vistaprints responcabilty its yours and it 100% determins the out come.

Total failure

I've been getting my business cards from Vistaprint for years. Suddenly their quality and customer service has hit rock bottom.

I received my 200 cards with a giant QR code covering the entire front of the card. This was so obviously a mistake, anyone in a print shop could have caught it and corrected it. But instead, they shipped me the cards. The QR code had nothing to do with my business or organization. It covered my name, address, and company logo.

I have the card shipped by Express delivery, and paid extra. They arrived 2 days after the promise date.

After I received the 200 misprint cards, Vistaprint, of course, agreed to reprint the order. But they refuse to overnight express the print job, so I had to wait another 7 days. Once again, we are at day 8.5 and still no cards.

Customer service was deplorable. I could not reach anyone by phone, so I used the online chat. The entire conversation was obviously the product of preformatted statements. It was as if I was chatting with someone hitting function keys. When I finally got the representative to speak in normal sentences, the conversation was confusing and convoluted. First the agent blamed me for the misprint, completely illogical, because my design template was visible on her screen. Then the agent all but refused to connect me with the supervisor. After waiting on chat box hold for 27 minutes, a supervisor came up on the chat. The supervisor promptly cut me off.

I've lost all confidence that Vistaprint can complete an order correctly on time.

Take a look at my photo and imagine anyone in a print company making 200 copies of this then shipping it to a customer.

It is scam company it show me monthly plane and can be cancelled any time when I've purchased it charged me for full year with out nay notice and now not refunding me please dont buy any services form vsia no any kind of help thy doing rubbish vista

I have a signicade A frame street sign that takes standard inserts.I buy a pair every two years ( the exact same deisgn):
In Sept 2019 two inserts cost $61
In August of 2021 I bought another pair for $89 ( 50% price increase in 23months)
I just checked today (Sept 1 2023) because i need another pair and the price - $214!
That's a 350% increase in price in FOUR YEARS! I talked to a representative and they said materials costs have gone up. Cardboard and vinyl plastic costs went up that much. Ill never go there again.

Buyer Beware! I made a canvas purchase back in 2019. While I understand it has been a few years, I would not expect a high quality canvas to just fall apart. It has been hanging in our house since it was purchased and looked great but just the other day, fell apart on the wall. It was still hanging and the glue (or whatever they use) did not hold and opened up and wrecked the border. Is this common? Maybe my expectation were to high? But I have purchased other Canvas from different sellers that are older and still in perfect shape hanging on my walls. I definitely thought when I purchased this product it would last. In short, shop elsewhere. I did reach out to their customer service but they just responded with they were sorry and I would have to order a new one... FOR WHAT? Haha To fall apart again in a few years.

Really dissatisfied

I ordered a gift hamper for rakhi and they send a gift hamper with different name that too just 2 day before occasion. Really disappointed. Such careless team vistaprint has and now they have no pickup facility. Really pathetic.

Not what I expected

I used Vistaprint from 2003-2010 when I owned 3 small businesses. I relied on them for all my printing needs. They provided quality products and great customer service. Well, I ordered 2 business return address self-inking stamps and one personal/home stamp now. I was so disappointed. I used their customer service person to help me create the orders and get the sizing right. I ordered 2 medium-sized business stamps bcz she assured me that the inked portion would be 2" wide. And I ordered a small stamp for my home address. I was very frustrated when I received them bcz they were both SMALL...too small to use as a return address stamp AND they were the same size. Two different customer service people tried to rectify the situation and were very nice but I realized that I was never going to be able to get the correct size due to their product limitations. I decided to find business ret addr stamps elsewhere (and I did, for half the price.) The 2nd cust serv person I got was kind, professional and helpful. She ended up ordering a home address stamp for me in the correct size and using a credit from the business order. I appreciated her working with me on that. It's still frustrating that I ended up, essentially, paying $50 for ONE home address self-inking stamp. And it's nothing fancy. UGH! I do not recommend VistaPrint for return address stamps but would still use them for printed materials.

Change in Service for Website

I was using VistaPrint for my website. The rate has increased more than 3x in one year without legal notice. The customer service concerning the matter when I wanted to cancel was so bad that I am reconsidering using VistaPrint for other products and services.

I designed a job for a T shirt about Bide & Company & picture of what should be done to them for treason on 07/27/23. I mean it really got to the point.
They accepted the design & payment that day & gave me a scheduled Delivery date for 08/09/23.
Well on today@ 15:30 (3:30 PM EST) they notified me (via email) that they have cancelled the order & will not print it. Funny I went over the design with them via chat & got a okay with a final proof.
I have come to the conclusion since they are in MA that they are part of the deep state DEMORAT party AKA commies.
I was having SIX (6) shirts printed & had shown the design to people & everyone wanted one (1). I am talking over 100 orders they would have gotten & climbing
I bet if it was about TRUMP they would have done the job in a blink of an eye.
Stay away from VISTA PRINT they are against the 1st amendment FREEDOM OF SPEECH when it is not the DEMORAT LIBATARD way.

Business card front is not spaced properly, margins are larger on the bottom than the top. Forty five dollars for a second rate product. The stamp I purchased is very small, although on the website it shows it filling up the whole card. It smudges, it's smaller than protrayed, and the lines aren't centered even though I chatted with a customer service rep before ordering. She assured me everything was lined up properly. NOT! If you call customer service, block out a half hour to forty five minutes just to get the person to understand, and not repeat everything to you 10 times when 2 minutes should have done the job. You are much better off going to your local store, dealing with a real person who cares about their job and reputation.

This migration is a disaster. My site on Wix will not load as a secure HTTPS site, My google rankings disappeared as my site was down for multiple days as Vistaprint and Wix failed to notify mne that I needed to change my Name Server setting with my domain host. To top it all off my Vistaprint Email is down as Vistaprint did not provide TXT, SPF and MX records to Wix. I get bounced between Wix and Vistaprint customer support, with no resolution. One of the Wix support team member was venting his frustration at the overwhelming number of problems due to this migration and lack of coordination between the people responsible for the migration. The migration team should be FIRED! Unacceptable level of customer disruption and unaccountability.

Vistaprint is the best
July 18, 2023

I have made over 30 t-shirts & a calendar from Vistaprint and have been satisfied every single time! A couple times, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size, and they let me keep the wrong one and sent me the right size for no extra charge!
I RECOMMEND VISTAPRINT TO PEOPLE ALL THE TIME!
