Called twice, but never got to speak with a person even though I called during business hours.

The site kept wanting me to log in over and over for no particular reason, then when I tried to log in it kept telling me the password was invalid, till suddenly it just worked even though I was typing the exact same password.
The process in choosing the perfect contact lenses was quick and easy. I'm definitely looking forward to getting my contacts in and seeing how good they are!
