This is my second box of contacts I have received from your company that have had unusable lenses. The fist pack I ordered last year had one contact with a permanent indention, not allowing me to wear it. This most recent order had a foggy contact that I washed 10x and left in saline solution over night and could still not wear the next day due to not being able to see with it in. I know it is the manufacturer and not your company but I will be reaching out to see if there is any way these flawed lenses can be replaced. Contacts are not cheap and that is essentially one pair that was just wasted.

Takes about a week to receive. Isn't bad. The pro color contacts i ordered are not good at all. I have Hazel eyes and ordered blue contacts. You cant even see any blue.
