To follow up on my first review, I received an email assuring me I would receive my order (1 item) by Father's Day. That was yesterday, and nothing has arrived yet. I also sent 2 messages and neither has been returned. Buyer beware. The BBB will be notified. This company deserves zero stars.
If I could, I would give this company zero stars. Shame of Facebook for advertising this company. I saw a cute Father's Day item on Facebook from this company, and I placed an order May 26th. My item has not even shipped. I left 3 phone messages and nobody has responded.
Ordered something for Fathers Day the end of May - website said it would be delivered between the 14th and 17th of June... I never received my item and have tried to email (NO RESPONSE), call (JUST ANSWERING MACHINE) and Live Chat (THEY ARE NEVER ONLINE)... This is an awful company. Not sure if its a scam or what but I will never order with them again and will make sure I tell all why.
Like everyone else, I ordered something that was never even moved past the "order placed" stage for weeks and the "campaign" kept starting over... after reading these and realizing this clearly isn't a real company I sent an email to support asking for a refund and said I would be reporting the company if I did not receive it. They DID give me a refund within minutes. Hope that works for others.
Get out of there, there is absolutely no customer service, non existent, they are only collecting your money and are selling nothing.
I order a T-shirt they charged my card is been weeks, no confirmation email, no shipping email, I have been trying to get a hold of someone w/ no success. I had to file a dispute w/ my bank. I will be contacting BBB.

This place sucks! Couldn't speak to a live person for any questions or comments but instead had to email them with a response weeks later. And when they did respond it was very brief and vague. I had some questions about creating my shirts and couldn't find anyone to help me. Do not use!

I saw an ad on Instagram (Red Flag #1) for a shirt that said Vintage August 1981. I placed the order and received a shirt that said September 1981 even though i asked customer service to confirm that i was to receive an August 1981 shirt. I requested that they send me the correct shirt. I was asked to send a photo of the shirt which i did. I received a shipping information with the same order number and tracking number from the first order (Red Flag #2) A week later, once again i received the September 1981 shirt. At this point, i pretty annoyed. I contacted customer service again and they asked me this time to send a photo of both wrong shirts,. Which i did. I asked for my money back. I received 2 shipping confirmation emails with the order number from the original order. So, who knows if i will ever get my money back. I really hope they do not send me this stupid shirt again. Will never order from this company again.
Do not buy I bought a labyrinth T-shirt with Ludo riding a dinosaur the shirt looks nothing like the photos at all its a lines through all the design little so dark he doesnt even have a good form the shirt is crap and the customer service is he a worse its a scam
Do not do business with this company. Return policy is a scam and customer service is poor. They advertise 100% customer satisfaction, but do not stand by this statement.
Ordered a Waco 70.3 shirt and could not be more disappointed. Colors are so muted and muddy making the shirt so ugly as to be unwearable. The iron-on logo is poorly done.
I supported a campaign that ended on 4/20. I was told in the confirmation email that my order would be printed and shipped in 10-21 days. Here's the 21st day and my order status on their website hasn't even changed to "Printing", never mind "Shipped". Pathetic. And not even an email notifying me that there might be a delay.
Bought something on october for Christmas. Got a confirmation mail, my credit card was billed and all but my item never arrived. It's may now and tough i have sent mails, messages through the Facebook page and everything i could and no one ever answer me anything.

Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from them. Item was way too big and color was not as advertised. I live chatted with them to get return info, and was told that all sales are final, even though I read on their site we have 30 days to do so. Now I'm stuck with something I cannot use. Waste of money. Terrible customer service.
These guys are horrible, total rip-off! My items finally got here, the wrong size, quality is horrible and when I ask to return they said they do not accept even though the website says 30 days.
I purchased two necklaces and received one. The one I received is a piece of junk and is only good for the trashcan. I have emailed several times and cannot get a response from anyone. I have escalated my claim with Paypal.
They steal artwork for their T-Shirts without permission from the original artists and profit from someone elses work. Its pretty low and pathetic if you ask me
I ordered the "Beatles w/VW Beetles T-shirt, medium size, red. At least I did receive a shirt. It's dark burgundy wine color and it's supposed to be a medium, but the sizes must run small because if I wash and dry it, I know it will be extra small. I received the same generic response... no refunds or exchanges unless they sent the wrong or defective product. $30 is a lot to waste on below average item and poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered a shirt and when I received it, the back of the shirt was discolored also poor quality material, cheap! I requested a replacement or a refund and they asked me to send them a picture of the back of the shirt. They never responded back. The company is slime and would never buy from them again.

If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
