I ordered a Mini Cooper S clock in January 2018, after many car mails never see anything coming, they just told me that this campaign is over and orders will not be honored but that I am refunded, the money never came back...
I ordered the "To My Daughter" pendant and after waiting 8 weeks it did arrive. I did not gift this as it is actually embarrassing the lack of any quality to this product. Does not look anything like the photo. Will never order from here again.
Necklace that was suppose to be a gift arrived. Printing was off center, poor quality. If I could I would give it a minus star. Customer support is a joke.
Ordered 3 shirts from this site. Took like forever for the items to reach where I live, then was returned for "receiver not at home"! Figured out things gone wrong, so contacted their support immediately, didn't get a response even after days the items just sailed back to the US. In short, this is a SCAM.
Paid 25 bucks for the GRANDSON DOG TAG. Came in the mail and it looked like it was made and printed by a 5 year old. NOTHING like it looked on line. Could have bought the same quality product out of a 25 cent gumball machine...
I purchases what I thought was a quality NE Patriots long sleeve sweatshirt for the Superbowl. What I received was a flimsy, lite weight long sleeve shirt at the crazy price of $50.00! I should have read reviews before I purchased. I sent them an e-mail to cancel my order because it was taking way to long. Didn't reply and sent anyway. Buyer beware of this product! Don't make my same mistake!
Still waiting on an order from 2 months ago... cant reach a human person to get any help. May as well forget the $35 and stop wasting time chasing down what will probably be a disappointing item according to all the other reviews... which I should have read BEFORE I ordered!
These guys use Photoshop pictures of their products while displaying, worst quality. I will never buy anything from these guys ever. Guys please keep away

I saw a touching necklace advertised in one of those "pop-up" ads on my phone. "To my Daughter" was the theme, and since I have two daughters with January birthdays, I thought that would be a really nice gift. Fast-forward to having ordered them on the 1st and finally receiving them on the 29th--well past both birthdays. I'm shocked at the quality (or lack thereof). The words are actually cut off on the sides, so you can't even really read the saying! And the materials--the chain especially--are incredibly cheap. I'm too embarrassed to even give these to my daughters, but since I told them they were coming, I'm going to have to. Maybe they'll just keep it in a drawer somewhere. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

No support at all. Asked them 20 Times to call me back and a robot answers about the the transit number. Christmas delivery 23 of January? Compensation impossible! I am so cheated and they are so unserious!
Still waiting for a Christmas present ordered 06/12/18. Viral Style state that they will answer queries within 24 hours - that is a fallacy. Best to avoid - will contact credit card to cancel payment - as to be expected it went through immediately,
I ordered a clock that looked like a 3D version of a Mini Cooper JCW steering wheel. Did not get it in time for a Christmas gift. It came in the mail yesterday, and what a piece of junk. It is a printed sticker on a thin piece of tin, the hands that go on it (I have to assemble this myself) we so thin that they were already bent up in the box. I wish I had checked out these reviews before I spent almost $40!
Dont buy from this people, horrible customer service. I bought Rolex wall clock beginning of Dec and I still didnt received it. They never answer your emails... I sent around 10 emails asking when I will receive the clock and never answer, I have contacted PayPal for my money back and the day I receive email from Viral style saying they just ship it what I dont believe. They are crook. Im waiying for PayPal to refund me my money. Stay away from them! They are the worst of the worst
Bought a colour change mug looked great in pictures. Arrived in multiple pieces and they would not even respond when I wrote to them. Only the worst companies won't stand behind their products.
I ordered a T-shirt on November 27th. On December 4th, I was given notification that it had shipped, although every time I tried to track it, it hadn't entered the USPS system yet, the number had just been generated. I started emailing them about a week later and initially received fairly prompt responses telling me what I had already heard.
When the finally actually looked into it, they could see that for "some reason" my shirt wasn't shipped. They told me it would take 10-15 days to get the reprint. That was on December 29th, so I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. I haven't heard anything since (It's been 3 weeks) and no refund. I emailed again today, but I doubt I'll hear back.
I ordered a tag for my son and he quality is so bad, you actually cant read it property. For the money I paid I would expected a better quality. E-mailed them- no reply at all. What a scam company. First time I receive so bad service
I ordered a dog tag for my son and it was disappointing its just a piece of aluminum and the printing is just a sticker and I paid over $30 for the privilege
