Chalk it up to marketing... I knew that the shirt wouldn't actually come with Tom Brady, but didn't figure out that the transfer design wouldn't look as crisp as the photo (in which the design was applied to the shirt with PhotoShop rather than heat).

Over a month to ship, all items shipped separately, 2 things shipped were not the items I ordered. As if writing this I'm still waiting on a coffee mug I ordered on 11/26. Do not recommend.

Item broken! Website weak. Product not only broken but of poor quality. Hard yo like and won't "bite" next time. Good idea but poor execution.

I ordered this product on Nov 29, it is Dec 28 and I still have not received. I hope the product is worth the wait.

I tried to order one sweatshirt and somehow 2 sweatshirts were ordered and charged to my account. When I received the shirts, one of them had 2 dark marks one the sleeve. I found this out after I gave one away. It took a week of stain removers and washing but it's mostly gone now but my sweatshirt appears faded and well worn and I haven't even worn it yet. Very disappointed!

I wanted two blue mugs, ordered two blue mugs, but received two white mugs. Kind of a bummer. This is the kind of thing that happens when you order online. This is why in person shopping should be done. I cannot talk to someone about this, i just get to write this review. Whoo hooo

This was not what I expected and the trial period was only 7 days then you are charged. Then you are charged weekly for coloring pages! Trying to cancel was extremely confusing and hard to accomplish

I accidentally ordered two mugs when i only wanted one. They charged me for two and never responded to my request to cancel both mugs. I am still being charged for this amount and never got the mugs.

Everything was great except the body of the sweatshirt was a little snug compared to the shoulder/chest area. Maybe let customers know that the shirts are tapered in the waist & hip area.

I called several weeks ago inquiring about exchanging one of the 3 shirts I purchased for a smaller size no one ever contacted me

Sweatshirt is pretty, but the sizes are Definitely wrong! Way to small. I ordered a 4c I like my sweatshirts big, well it's definitely not ab4c

The screenprint quality is very poor. The different logos are incomplete as if the printer was "off line" somehow. I bought 4 t-shirts as holiday gifts and the recipients are appreciative, but I am very disappointed in the quality.

Over a month i ordered my product and I still have not received it. I filled out a customer service request form and still have not heard back

I placed this order on Dec. 3,2018; did not hear from site until I contacted them over 2 weeks later. Customer service said they wouldn't guarantee shipment, and when I read other users experience with this site (products never shipped, but credit card charged, no response from customer service, etc.) I contacted customer service again to completely cancel my order. Only then did I receive a shipment order.

I ordered 2 mugs at the exact same time. One was the mother-in-law trump and the other was the father-in-law trump. The father-in-law one arrived with a broken handle on 12/24 and the mother-in-law one has yet to arrive.

This was such a funny fun Christmas gift to give to break all the political tension in our family, haha. My father in law loved it and everyone thought it was funny.

Great t-shirt for Alabama football. Took a little loner to get shipped than hoped for - came after Christmas.
