I like this idea, its an easy way to connect consumers with fun specialty items. However, you can cheap out of printing and the product but you can't cheap out on packaging. The cup I got had the handle broken off when I opened the box, looking inside it had one little piece of bubble wrap that didn't stop anything from moving around. Was supposed to be part of a Christmas gift so it was fairly disappointing.
The only update I ever got, until today, said it shipped on December 22 so I expected it would have been here for Xmas.
I received an update this morning saying it would be here on 1-5-19. I live in North Carolina so from Dec 22 to Jan 5 from FL to NC is so ridiculous.
Honestly, I was thinking I got scammed. I'm still thinking that's a possibility because I have not yet received the package.
Once I receive (if I receive) the T-shirt, I will not buy anything else.

The wrong size and color were sent. I have made several attempts to contact that company, without success.
First, they did not send me what I ordered. Second, they didn't respond to my email requesting a correction to my order.
It's a funny mug. Would've been funnier if it was about $7 cheaper. The shipping took forever, so it didn't make it in time for the recipient to receive at the party. Probably won't shop here again, but the mug was funny.
Shirts look great, good quality. Ordering was easy. Received in timely manner. Good experience. Would order from this company again.

Ordered 2 days before the christmas shipping deadline and my item still arrived after christmas, then I received no reply from support about it when I sent an email

Shirt was not printed legally on a Clemson shirt never suppose to have a purple paw and the color of purple was not actual color
Ordered this shirt thinking it was going to look just like the photo did, seeing how usually that's how it works. You see something you like, and you order it. The photo online was a crisp, clean, bright, vibrant logo... what showed up in the mail was the exact opposite- the logo looked dingy and was very pixilated, it wasn't even set straight on the shirt itself.
Paying over $35 for a T-shirt that I am now not even able to use as the gift I intended it for is a huge disappointment. I won't be shopping at Viral Style ever again and will highly discourage friends and family from using their business.

I accidentally hit the submit button for my order 2x. Received order acknowledgements right away but next day received notice second order was can and money refunded. Most other places would have just sent both orders. I found this to be most refreshing.
The shirts were ok but I ordered them a month before Christmas and received them three days AFTER Christmas which put me in an awkward position. I would have liked to return the shirts!
