When I received my order the print quality was very poor. The screen print looks very faded and cracked. Doubt this hoodie will last a couple of washes
The experience started great after seeing a fantastic shirt we were excited to order. The rest was a complete disappointment. After submitting my order, I was charged twice, it took nearly 5 days to get in touch with someone to rectify this, it has yet to be refunded. The item we ordered was advertised as perfect just in time for Christmas, what a JOKE! Our order confirmation said shipped on Dec 24, no way it would arrive in time! I spent two more days trying to communicate someone (this never happened mind you! They only chat via website) I never spoke to a human, never had emails responded to until it was to late! I was guaranteed via chat that it would 100% arrive before Christmas Eve. Shocking, it did NOT ARRIVE IN TIME! This was a gift, so that was messed up, it was a Christmas shirt so use after Christmas was not going to occur. I contacted the company on Dec 25th and 26th and finally received an email that it would not be reimbursed since it had already been shipped and was a Christmas item. It arrived December 27th, the print was cute, the shirt SUPER CHEAP! We have contacted our credit card company to refuse the payment. I highly recommend NEVER using this horrible company! No matter how cute the item they are attempting to sell, do not buy it, this company is HORRIBLE to work with.

Although the T-shirts were satisfactory, I have trouble getting help on orders placed, orders cancelled then reprocessed& refunds requested. Called & emailed company with no results thus far. Very unhappy with the service & inability to get through to a customer service representative.
Buyer beware. The screen print on the shirts are not good quality. They do not look anything like what is posted online. The print is fuzzy looking and is not a smooth screen print. Don't waste your money.
The shirt came and the picture was blurry and the colors in the logo looked washed. Im still waiting for the response to my return request.

If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
