Took longer than expected to arrive but quality of product is good.
Items were nice, shopping was easy. If you plan on getting it in a timely manner for a gift for someone forget it. Took 3 weeks to get and came in after I needed it. NO communication as to shipping dates or when I would receive it. Sent two message/emails before I was answered and even at that I just got a standard you'll get it when it ships - which is a non response - with no pertinent information like a shipping date or tracking number.

I love the new shirts I ordered for my son. Soft and high quality. A+. I only wish I had the option of selecting a design and then choosing among the various products to print that design on, instead of having to look through hundreds of unique products trying to figure out the differences between different types sweatshirts, etc. Shopping the site requires quite a bit of patience.

I ordered in time for Christmas delivery per the website's information and email order confirmation only for products to be shipped after Christmas.I ordered December 12, and the money was immediately removed from my bank account. I reached out via chat and email with no customer service response. The products arrived and were cheaply made, material was not the quality expected for the price- thin "sweatshirt". I will not order or recommend ordering from company- not good quality products. I noted the no return policy after I realized my order would not arrive before Christmas.

The shirts I ordered are good quality, however the transfer was beginning to peel off after washing & drying the sweatshirt. Disappointed that there are no returns, as I think the size I ordered is too big. Order confirmation said the order would likely ship in 3 days, but it was 11 days before the order shipped.
I am not happy that my order took 17 days to receive. As far as the products, I am happy with it—quality material & shirts are nice & soft.
