I ordered two sweatshirts for Christmas. Their website advertised their "receive before Christmas" shipping deadline. I ordered my items on December 10th, which was before their ship by date. It took them 11 days to ship my order! Eleven days! I received my shipping confirmation email on December 21st. I made 4 attempts at contacting customer support concerning my order before receiving any response. The response I received was that all orders placed before their ship by date would arrive before Christmas. My order was delivered December 26th! Once I received my expected delivery date of December 26th from the tracking information, I made another attempt asking customer support what their solution would be if my order was not delivered before Christmas. I received no response. Worst customer service experience I have had in years.

Order the item on Dec 11. It website stated it would ship in 3 days. It didn't ship until after Christmas. Also, expected the item to be a screen print, not an iron on. Which makes the delay a lot worse.

After not getting a tracking number for about a week I contacted them and said will I receive the order before Christmas. The first response said any orders placed before December 11th would be delivered in time for Christmas. Then a follow up email stated they would not be delivered before Christmas. Then I received an email out of nowhere on December 24th stating the order was delivered, and they were. Though they were delivered before Christmas, there was a lot of confusion and mixed signals. So it was a decent experience, but not great.
