The product was nice, but I was told that if I ordered it by December 11 (which I ordered Dec 10th) that it would arrive before Christmas, and it as not delivered until Tuesday, December 26th. So that was very disappointing.

I know Christmas time is busy, but when you say to order by a certain date to get it by Christmas, you should have it delivered by Christmas!

The quality of the print is something that is printed on a home print press it seems. This may be why it takes so dang long to receive products bc they are not built to serve the volume. The website is a ploy. Looks great on paper type deal. The images on the shirt and sweatshirt are what I ordered but I am concerned if they will stay true once washed.

The shopping experience was great; however, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the shipping. I was guaranteed my order by December 23rd and it only got shipped after I reached out twice about it being alimony 2 weeks from my order date without it bring shipped. It was a present for my brother and I had nothing to give him in Christmas and I received no apology or coupon code or anything to make up for this. I understand people being overwhelmed during the holidays but don't promise if it can't be fulfilled.

By the expected delivery date, my tracking updates still said "printing in progress," so I reached out to customer service. They did respond within 24 hours, which was greatly appreciated. They informed me that orders placed within the window mine was placed would be delivered "by Christmas." My order did not arrive until nighttime on the 26th, which was very disappointing. I reached out to customer service again regarding a refund, or any other way to remediate this issue, and have not heard back from them since (72 hours later). I did receive this Customer Satisfaction Survey, though.
