I bought a $500 sofa from this company. The sofa was made from such a bad quality wood that the first time my 220 lbs husband sat in it the sofa snapped in half. When I tried to talk to customer service thru chat because they ade not available on the phone they said they have nothing to do with that and disconnected from the chat. So no only they sell very bad quality furniture they also dont want to take responsibility for it.

I ordered this grass scythe and paid good money for it, but it's a P-O-S! It came with a screw with a square end to fit in a round hole in the long pole. Then the end of the scythe has a flat end to it to supposedly fit into a slot on the pole, which it does NOT! The first time I used it, it flipped around completely! This blade is extremely sharp and could have done some real damage to my leg, thank God the brush stopped it from going any further. I either want a replacement that fits the slot in the pole and a screw with a locking washer and nut, that also fits into the round hold on both the scythe and the pole! OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! It came with no instructions, no order id number... NOTHING!

Au ajuns in stare buna si aproape complete in partile esentiale (cateva holsuruburi mici lipseau dar am avut mai multe mari).
Unele gauri nu corespundeau dar poti improviza.

In final, insa arata foarte frumos.

Este musai sa va faceti si un cadru din barne de lemn fixate pe o platforma de beton, de care apoi sa fixati sopronul. Altfel, literalmente, il ia vantul pe sus. Noi ne-am trezit cu 2 dintre ele mutate jumatate de metru si asta - la un vant slab.

Neajunsul principal care trebuie neaparat adresat de proiectant este legat de sistemul de glisare usi.
Este... inimaginabil de stresant si disfunctional.

The arbor we ordered was very short. So my husband and I (5'6" and 5'8") could not walk below it if installed properly because it doesn't rise up enough on top. We've tried everything less cement to keep it in place but it topples onto the ground with any breeze, much less New England weather. We contacted VidalXL about how to return but did not get a response. Apparently, we are out the time and money involved and will need to find something else, somewhere else.

I really love the first set of raised beds that I got here. This second purchase unfortunately did not go as well.

1. When I went to purchase them, they no longer had the shallower beds (roughly 17" tall) on the website for almost any of the sizes and after communicating 2 or 3 times with the company nobody could tell me if they were going to get any move and if so, when.
2. When they arrived, there was obvious excessive damage to the packaging I immediately called the company. I understand the shipper may have caused the damage but I would need their help to address any damage to the units. I took photos of the boxes and called asking where to send the photos. They said they would email me a link where I could upload the photos and they would help me with any damage. - I never heard from them again. I never got the link, any email or call back.
3. Tried calling back but they only answer during very limited hours and I work so I haven't been able to reach them.
4. Upon opening the boxes, there was damage to this expensive product as I had to go with the taller beds. I photographed it but since I have to reach them again and they never got back with me - I am trying to fix them on my own. I am sure I will succeed but I shouldn't have to.
- I am very disappointed with their customer service and would likely not be able to recommend this company with a good conscious.

Užsakiau dvi prekes vienu užsakymu ir apmokėjau vienu metu, viena sąskaita.
Užsakymą išskaidė į tris dalis ir veža skirtingomis dienomis. Kol kas paskutinio trečio siuntinio dar ir negavau. Be to, kad ir pakeičiau siuntinių atvežimo adresą, tai vieną siuntinį atvežė vienu adresu, o kitą kitu. Lauksiu kur atvež trečią prekių dalį. Prekes pristato tik darbo metu, o tai kelia problemas.
Prekių pristatymo organizavimą vertinu nepatenkinamai.

This purchase was to replace a bench that was shipped broken. Their return policy forces you to package it up and ship back before replacement. This was for a 17' patio bench that was assembled, as well as all the packaging thrown out. I needed the bench the next day and agreed to a partial refund just because I had no other options. So now I spent twice as much on a product that was shipped faulty, and a return policy that SUCKS...

I got about 4 of the 12 bolts that line up so I cannot put it together. Also the instructions only give you a list of parts and no instructions on which size bolt go where. I would never purchase this again and may need to return if it cannot be assembled.

I purchased it on line so I am sure they have my proof of purchase.

Vida XL have been nothing but hostile. First, the order went missing so we waited 6-7 weeks for it. No apologies. When it finally arrived we found out it had a crack going from one end to the other. We were offered a $25 refund! This was an insult. We just want our money back. They said we would have to pack up the box and return it to UPS which for us is a huge inconvenience. So we called UPS and it costs ME $12 to have them schedule a pick-up. Horrendous customer service! After 2 months of calls we are stuck with a piece of crap until we pay a further $12! Never ever again will we use Houzz or the disgraceful Vida XL. Stay well away from these fraudsters.

I am beyond pleased with this table. It was even more beautiful than the picture! I was a bit nervous reading a few reviews about cracks, scratches, missing pieces, etc., but my worrying was for nothing. Packaging was excellent and it arrived in less than a week. Product was in perfect condition with all bolts provided. The size is perfect for my small living room. Yes it's small but that's what I needed. It's exactly the size promised in the description -- just measure your space appropriately. I can't wait to get the rest of my furnishings in place so I can invite friends over and show off this center piece of my room.

Ordered a child sized wardrobe/dresser for my daughter's room. Two packages A and B arrived in a timely manner (a little beat up, tears in the boxes etc. but could have been the shipping company). Packing was very neat and efficient. Upon laying out all components for assembly (not as high quality wood as I had been lead to believe) I quickly realized there were two pieces missing (One magnetic catch for the wardrobe door and the wooden block which hangs down to hold it). I found the instructions straight forward enough and begin putting it together only to find several pieces were missing pilot holes and others with seemingly random holes with no purpose. Once the main structure was assembled I had to, several times, disassemble and replace pieces I had already handled because a new pieces was off from fitting by a small degree (usually less than a 1/4 of an inch). When assembling the drawers it was much of the same. I had to drill my own pilot holes on several pieces and the grooves for the bottom of the drawers did not line up from side to side causing me to forces the sides and bottom together. When put in place, the assembled drawers were tight and and stuck to the point of not being able to use. I had to pull out the wooden rails and sand them flush and then level them. Still two drawers are just flat out not fitting. I was happy to find small wooden dowels provided to prevent the drawers from being pulled out completely (assuming I could get them to at least slide) only to realized they did not fit in the holes on the drawer sides. Overall very dissatisfied with the experience. Low quality design, execution and components caused a very frustrating several hours (4+) with something that should have taken 2 hours max. The pieces looks good now that its been put in place but the low quality wood is clearly unfinished and in places unsanded. Buyer beware.
