This is a terrible company to purchase from. I have been a size 4 all my life, all my pants are this size. Their sizes run small and fit tight.
When I attempted to return items, they offered me 80% credit. I refused stating I prefer to return for full credit as I have no use for clothes that don't fit.
They ignored my request, credited an insufficient amount and assumed that would be acceptable. It obviously is not.
They do not stand behind their products and their customer service sucks

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They have unusual items at great prices, not the best website to navigate, a few more filters would help but satisfied with everything purchased from them

I think the problem is more with Dillards than the manufacturer. Via Spiga shoes I ordered online were listed as leather uppers, they are anything but, the smell of rubber is overwhelming and nothing on the box or shoes indicates leather. I unfortunately purchased them on clearance and they were not returnable. When I complained to customer services they agreed to have them returned so that some non-specialist in the warehouse could determine that they were leather or not, if that person determined in their sole discretion the shoe was leather they would be returned to me again. I only purchase leather shoes, so I know what I am seeing and touching. Why on earth does it make sense for them to pay shpping 3 times rather than just double check with their supplier. I just don't have the time to go to the post office, THAT'S WHY I ORDER ONLINE DUH! So I am now stuck with something other than what I thought I ordered.
Dillards customer service sucks!

Price on contacts was good so I ordered 2 boxes - they sent prescription for my right eye - I only ordered for my left. They sent shipping confirmation when I read and realized wrong contacts I emailed them, no reply. I received them, called immediately, they acknowledged not what I ordered and said I could return for credit. I had not opened package - sent exact same package back with return label. They received and informed me only 1 box was in package. What * - it was the package they had sent me unopened.
I always read reviews before buying, slipped up in this case - all reviews are terrible - regardless of price - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Worst customer service from any company I have dealt with that provides Real Estate tools. They have no interest in fostering long lasting relationships with their client base. I contact the CEO directly by phone and email and he did not bother to respond or request that one of his minions respond.
The lowest cost often bears some relationship to really bad customer service. With so many highly valued, respected companies out there that you could do business with, Realtysoft is one to stay away from.
