I attempted to make a purchase and my card was declined. I didn't realize it had expired in Oct because I never received a new card. I called the 800 number and was informed that VS decided not to renew my credit account, even though I only owe them $100 and I pay my bill on time every month. You greedy, arrogant corporate $#*!s just lost a customer. Actually, they're doing me a favor because now I won't be purchasing their highly overpriced, made in China, $#*! products. What a slap in the face, not to mention the humiliation they caused me. Avoid the Victoria's Secret credit card at all costs. Their interest rates are high and their customer service is the worst. Goodbye VS, I will NOT miss you one bit. Neither will my friends and family.

Obviously everything here only makes attractive women hotter. That isn't up for debate. And yes the place is ridiculously expensive for what can only be called increasingly reducing fabric amounts. Oh well. What I truly have a problem with is anytime I go into the stores alone, I am unanimously stared down as if I am some child molester or weirdo. I am not allowed to buy this stuff as a gift unless I bring my girl with me to prove I have one? Thanks for ruining any surprise present ever. Definitely in need of an overhaul!

Why I stopped using Victoria's Secret to buy sexy stuff for my wife was in part because when you actually look at how little material it takes to make the items you really resent they even did some lingerie shipping by bulk rate postage, the same as used by junk mail. The other aspect is size of person is not constant over time and what seems like a great idea when you are young becomes old as you age and can be seen as a waste of money. Sexy is body language and mindset more than what a partner wears.

I always loved their beauty products, body mists, lotions and perfumes, the pink products are great as well. Online has better seasonal sales and discounts then in-store! Also, the company puts out new products and scents every season, while there is a clearance section on the site where you can buy products from previous collections two to three times cheaper!

There are only a couple of these stores is my home town. I won't get into the lack of different sizes. We all know already. I've been to both and have been completely irritated at the trashy attitudes and treatment I and others had received from both locations. I also found that their sizes are labeled 2 sizes higher than what they actually are. So say you wear a 34 B in bras, you buy one from this overpriced establishment, get home and put it on just to find that it does not fit properly. It's too small and you can just reach the first set of hooks. It just seems a bit ridiculous to me how rude it seems everyone who works at these two shops are and how the company doesn't properly label or size their products. Especially given the insane prices.

VS once made being naughty nice. Order promised for Xmas 9 days prior was messed up so many times it won't get here. I learned it would be late so they had me pay 2nd time and promised overnight. Nope I called 5 days before Xmas. Hung up on and disconnected 5x. In my bag they changed size from XS to XL with no notice. No class and no customer service. Never again!

First I was a loyal customer for many, many years...
Very disappointing, ordered a GC online to be emailed to my husband (same day), went to order couple days later & could not find the GC # to enter, called customer service & never got a resolve, it took over an hour, I gave up, months later tried again, 3 hours later, no resolve, literally had all payment information, anything they wanted. I called again last week & it took over 7 hours to finally get a credit for the amount I purchased the GC for, never ever again will I shop with VS. Absolutely ride customer service, some just hung up, others had such a language barrier it was impossible to understand one another.
Store locations have declined as well, they've really become pathetic, it's a bother to actually ask questions & you can't smell anything before buying, make that make scene... pun intended. Why do you buy a scent without smelling a scent? Stupid.
Disappointing overall, terrible customer. Services!

I've purchased from here a few times whenever there are sales or free shipping involved. You are allowed to use up to 3 promo codes, no more than this though. But whatever you see online is what you get which is nice. Cause sometimes colors are different online and in person, but what I've ordered so far, they've been spot on.

Once when they were offering secret rewards cards, I was supposed to receive 2 but I never received any for my package so I contacted customer service. They took a couple days to reply to me but they did end up giving me a secret rewards card. But they only gave me one instead of two and when I asked for the second one, she never replied. Also, it expired the day after so that gave me no time to really shop. That's what docked one star from it being a 5.

My package arrived incomplete with 2 items less than the order. Customer service basically accused me of trying to defraud them by saying "the expected weight of the items you ordered and the packaging at the time it left our facility". It was a bra and a thong which would have weighted 0.01kg or less, could have easily varied on different scales. Customer service then tried to blame the courier company when I repeatedly told them the package arrived undamaged. An absolute shocker of a system, not to mention this is unlawful under the Australian Consumer Law by refusing to provide the goods that was paid for.

I order plenty of items from Victoria's Secret online as often as I can (when I have enough money). I try my hardest to stay away from the mall so online shopping has become the best thing for me.

Number one: VS is completely overpriced. Dear God. Seriously, since when is a piece of lace sown together considered an item that should be $20? A little ridiculous, but I still love the products.

The website is user friendly. Easy to navigate and easy to order. Shipping is a little costly, but decent. They usually deliver my orders within the first work week so that's good. Overall, good site.

I like the quality and shipping speed of Victoria's Secret. I have ordered already 2 parcels and it was very fast - 1 week in Ukraine. Also I have used a lot of coupons which were given to me via e-mail and with my previous purchases. You can use 3 different coupons in one order - that is really great.
