I have worn Victoria secret bras the pink brand since I was 12 years old, I am now 36. I love these bras and never had a problem with them. I recently purchased 4 bras and two of them have are all ready stabbing me in the chest, the wire is coming through. One of the clasps is broken. I have the reciept but since I cut the size tags out they won't let me return them. I paid good money for these bras and they haven't been worn but a few times. This is disappointing that they won't let me return the bras. I am not sure I will be shopping there anymore. Not to mention customer service was rude and the lady at Victoria secert was beyond rude and mean. It's sad after being a customer for so long to be treated the way I was. All I wanted was to exchange the bras.
It is not the first time that an order from VS has arrived damaged. This last time is the worst. I will not tolerate it anymore and I will write a review for it. The man who brought the box with my order said that the box was destroyed and he just put everything back in the box and he is not sure that something is missing. I saw that two boxes of body lotion were destroyed and nothing was missing from the order. I was expecting a $20 reward card, but there was none. I was very disappointed. I tolerated it until now, but I can't anymore. I really enjoy shopping for Victoria Secret and Pink products but this is a disappointment. I also have photos of the destroyed box and product, and the postman saw everything.
Victoria's Secret PINK worst return policy anywhere. Bought my niece some clothes on Dec 15 for Christmas. Didn't realize their return policy is now 30 days. Wanted to exchange exact same item (with receipt) for a different size and will only get credit for the "lowest" price the item has ever sold for and I have to pay the difference-for an item they still sell at the price I paid and I have the receipt to show. AND they will turn around and sell my exchanged item for the price I originally paid. Just cancelled my PINK card I've had for 7 years and have spent thousands of $ with them. Not only do they rip their customers off but the quality has gone way down hill.

I received garments that were clearly used and covered in a large amount of a white, crusty substance. It was absolutely disgusting. I contacted customer service and they said I could return it at my own cost since there are no stores near me and they would give me less than half of what I paid for it. The customer service department is worthless. They didn't even offer up an apology. I spent over an hour of my time dealing with customer service. I will never order from them again and I am canceling my card for their company. Completely done with them.
Also they advertise that they have plus sizes now. 2X fits like a large. So they claim they have plus sizes but they aren't proper sizes.

I went to the Victoria's Secret Store in the Del Amo Mall, in Torrance, Ca 1/8/23. I asked a sales representative for help several times. She looked me in the eye and walked away ignoring myself, my daughter, and my mother. She took it upon herself to ask another customer if she can help her. Of course the other was Caucasian like herself. I waited giving her the benefit of the doubt. She then proceeded to go the opposite way to avoid assisting us. I never in a million years felt so embarrassed. I've been a customer of Victoria's Secret for more than twenty years now. I've never felt so humiliated in my life. Shame on Victoria's Secret! Horrible customer service.
DO NOT GET THE VISTORIA SCECRT CREDIT CARD! I applied for the credit card got approved on November 13th. I have been waiting for my card ever since. It is now January still have not got my card. I called today January 2nd. They told me after the 11th time calling about the status of my card that this is a problem with people getting there cards. They had to pit a ticket in for it after 11 times calling and telling me it's on the way when it really wasn't. I am beyond pissed off. I am person who has a lot of patients but when I am beinging lied to and told the same thing over. Then someone said something is finally wrong it will take another two weeks

I purchased online from Victoria Secret or so I thought however it wasn't it was from some site called e-shop world. They are located in the U.S. I am in Canada so if you buy online all orders are shipped from the U.S. and if you want to return the product you cannot do it in store you have to return at your own expense. No one tells you this when you are buying the product. This is my last purchase ever from Victoria Secret, worse customer service ever!

Got a MasterCard $8500 limit Victoria's Secret card. Had all my information in the app. The app then deleted all of my information and I got lost in the system somehow even with customer service.
