There are other places that have what you have and the prices are better than yours. The people you have working in Aventura not all are well trained to help out others. I've saw one of your employees raising her voice and mistreatment to an elderly lady. I'm sure there's a lot of people out there that can't complain. I'm sure if they knew how they will do it. In my personal opinion, they stand up to the test of immense pressure. I was in a major car accident a couple weeks ago and my Victoria's Secret Demi Bra is the only thing that held up! It kept my girls in place and I think it helped to minimize the damage to my chest from the seat belt!
I went to Greensboro NC Four season mall. I went to get a bra and the girl that worked in their came over to me and said I was in the young girls dept. I have always bought this same bra for years. So that was a insult. She tried to put the bras that young girls do wear.That bra had no support at all. I have never had that to happen. She needs to be fired because if she does everyone like that they will lose business.
The new styles are way different than the previous, making a sac under your chins and in between legs is too big. If buy online not from EEUU you have to paid the return. Not worth it.
Placed an order online and I ordered the wrong size. I immediately went onto their website and chatted with two customer service agents online and both said it was passed the time allotted timeframe to make any changes. I later called into to a live customer service agent saying that I passed the 30 minute timeframe to make any changes. I literally notified Victoria Secret not to long after I placed the order. Never the less there was no resolution. The order was a gift so the recipient now has to wait for the order and then return the package. Seems so silly since obviously the order was not processed nor shipped within minutes of placing the order on a Sunday.
My wife made a purchase at our local store ($140). She needed to exchange two items (59.90) for different sizes. WITH RECEIPT IN HAND, she was denied an exchange because apparently VS doesn't handle their own returns now. The Retail Equation does. Btw, their phone is disconnected. I pulled my wife's return report. The VS return is the only one there. Shop elsewhere. Especially if you're black.

Bought 3 bras for my dtr at Edmonton location WEM (other stores out of business). Kept 1. When buying 3 they gave me a free bag which I said I didn't want as I'd likely be returning one or all depending on sizing and style. "That's fine…keep it". When I returned without the bag, I had the misfortune to have the Mgr as the cashier. She wanted to charge me $50 for the cheap bag I didn't want and would only do the return less the $50. She said it was on receipt which I hadn't looked at given employees response previous day…seemed like they just wanted to get rid of them. Further, I suspect the employees wouldn't care and likely had no loyalty to management given her difficult attitude even when I'd said I'd come a long way. She said people go for the freebies and then return but having finally found a bra that fit for my dtr, this was definitely not my intention and I find it hard to believe that what seemed to be some pop up freebie (cheap looking cold bags weren't anywhere to be seen a day later), I find that doubtful. Probably got some great deal from a foreign production line, and then can say they cost $50. Had I not taken a bag, I would not have had to make another trip. Note to self; free does not mean free; ask them what it means - although the manager should have made sure hee employees were telling clients that it was only free when spending $90. My one bra cost $60 but Mgr wouldn't even look at say charging me $25 for bag to save me from having to make another long trip to store. THAT's what frosts me! (Ps she said it says in receipt but I took photo for this review and I see no such thing on it)

I ordered a hot pink colored bra. I double checked it, I ordered the pink! & yet i was send bright green totally different color order number even. Dont know how they could get it confused. But!… its really cute, since its a summer time sports bra. I decided to keep it. ;).

The store itself was very nice but I was not too fond of the fact that I drove over 2 hours to get here from the outer banks to be treated so poorly. I had two people who were very helpful to me the cashier Cass and a saleswoman I met when I first walked in I don't remember her name but she was lovely. But the main lady or woman or whatever it was walking around the rooms was very rude I tried to get help from her and she seemed to ignore me a few times I believe her name was Zee from what I was told. I saw her standing in the corner messing with items on a counter for over five minutes while the store was getting full and the poor cashier got stuck in a long line. She seemed to avoid customers of the lighter color I saw or at least avoided me as I tried to get her help and she went over people of color over me many times. I am a valued paying customer and wish they had better service I will not be asking this salesperson for help ever again as she doesn't seem to treat everyone as equals.

Those reviews on their website just written by company and employees, not by real actual people cuz nobody buys their crap.
