DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM HERE
The dress was not the right size despite getting a professional to do the measurements. It was red rather than burgundy- very different from the picture.
The worse part about it, was that they have said they would provide us with a 70% refund but have yet to send through the refund- despite it being over 5 weeks since we put in the complaint and sent back the dress.
This company is a scam- do NOT purchase from here and save yourself the headache.

Do not buy dresses from this website. I ordered a dress and I emailed them, clearly specifying what I required in colour (I said I needed a colour a shade lighter or darker then burgundy if they had it). They responded with some colour samples and assured me that the #34 wine colour would suit. The dress arrived some weeks later and the colour was very wrong.

Me, being a completely reasonable person, understood that there was perhaps a mistake made and notified them of this sending them images to show them the difference.

I think i am up to about 25 emails now and I don't think theyve even read one properly as they never answer any of my questions or address anything in my emails. It feels almost like a different person is replying each time. Most of the time they just send auto replies saying we will give you a 60% refund. At one stage they upped it to 70% but now they are back to the auto 60% emailed again. It is quite frustrating because i dont think that I should be losing money on a dress that was not made in the colour i requested or was shown to me.

Extremely poor customer service. I would implore anyone looking to buy a dress to not waste your money on this site, it is not worth your time and stress if something goes wrong because they have no interest in helping you.

I would also like to point out, the quality of the dress is also quite poor, they apparently made it to my measurements but the dress is extremely disproportionate. Given the type of website, I expected this would be the case as was willing to make adjustments however unfortunately colour can not be fixed.

The only good reviews for this site must be the fraudulent reviews from the company. The dress we ordered was beautiful online, but we received a terrible piece of canvas fabric that was supposed to be polyester. The sequins on the picture were nothing like the ones sewn to the "dress" we received. I can not believe that we paid $120 USD for this piece of fabric.

We will do everything in our power to make sure NO ONE orders from this company again. We are responsible for Homecoming for our school of 4000 kids and will be sure to slander and libel this company until we are blue in the face.

Nothing like the dress in the photo, I gave custom measurements, the dress did not fit at all and the tailor did not go by the measurements, material was cheap, jewels are very cheap looking, tailoring is bad, the dress was too long, didn't fit and would not even zip. I took photos of the dress on my daughter and the reply was that they made it right and go get it fixed at a local tailor. Do not spend any money with this company. This chinese company makes a very bad bad copy.

My dress arrived on the right date (about 3 weeks after I ordered) I was emailed all the way through as I had made a mistake with my measurements so they let me know and changed it for me! If I had any questions they were answered in a few hours! The tracking was good as well as it said exactly where my dress was and when it arrived it fitted perfectly and the material was very good as well! And they even included a necklace which I could wear with the dress! I would defonately highly recommend this website! Very very pleased

The dress we received looked nothing like the photo of the dress on the Queen of Victoria website. It is a poor replication, like a costume with gaudy beads and poor fabric. The dress is garish. They will not give a full refund, and it is upsetting because this is not the dress we ordered AT ALL from the photo on their website. I found out the photos they use on their website were illegally taken from the American designer Sherri Hill, so I advise going directly with a known designer, or a store bought dress. You think you might be saving money using Queen of Victoria, but you won't. It will only be headache after headache in the long run. You will pay for a dress that you can't wear, and you won't get your money back. Also, they will not respond to you. The first and second photos uploaded are the ones on the Queen of Victoria website of the dress we thought we were getting. Since then, we have learned these are not their photos or dress design, they illegally took the first two photos from Sherri Hill. The third photo is the horrible dress we received from Queen of Victoria. We were shocked and so dissapointed. The dress is unwearable. The fourth photo shows how different the fabric is from the original photo! Buyer beware!

We recieved my daughtes prom dress in the mail, it was already ripped in a spot and looked cheaply sewn together, the tear cannot be repaired because of how it came already torn and they will not refund us, because Monika in the email from VictoriasDress claims it is too costley for her to ship it back to China and it will Cost her more to send me another one and this is Not beneficial to her. See you in Small Claims court sweety! Be prepared to spend more than 166.00 (cost of the dress) to fly out and stay in a hotel in Indiana to be sued and still have to pay me my money.

I purchased a dress from Vicky's Dresses for my stepdaughter's homecoming dance. I paid an additional fee to have the dress "rushed" to make sure it arrived on time. The dress arrived late, so she had no dress for the dance. The dress arrived in a plastic bag, not the "exquisite" packaging shown and mentioned on the website. The dress was similar, but not even close to the quality of the dress pictured on the site. The hem wasn't sealed and sewn shut and several of the jewels on the bodice were sewn on backwards or scratched. There isn't a phone number for you to call, so the only way you can contact the company is via email. I sent photos of the dress because that is what the return policy requires to return the dress. After five emails and several photos, the company still refused to issue me a return label to ship the dress back. I am now stuck with a cheap dress that does not look like the picture featured on the website. If you do make a purchase from this site be warned, regardless of what is outlined in the return policy on the site, they will not take the dress back. I would not recommend this site under any circumstances. It's just too risky not knowing what you are actually going to get and whether or not you will receive the dress on time. The only reason I gave the site one star was so that the review could be posted. I would have liked to give it zero stars.

I ordered my daughters homecoming dress it arrived 4 days before her homecoming. The dress arrived balled up in a plastic bag. Upon looking over the dress, it was poorly stitched, lace wasn't sewn down, there were placed where the lace wasn't cut coming out over the sweetheart neckline and the string for the corset was missing so the dress wouldn't close! I sent countless emails with pictures and measurements and finally got a response the day before her homecoming. I was told the dress was beautiful, and I should just accept the imperfections! What a load of crap! I asked at least 10 times to speak with a manager, never got a call or email! I did get an offer of 5%, 10%, & 12%, however I wanted them to cover what i paid to have The dress repaired and they refused to do it! And each offer made decreased, meaning it went from 12% to 10 and so on, per the manager and that's all they could offer! They insisted that if I returned the dress I would have to pay for high shipping and that the dress could get lost in the mail. Really? I guess they mean lost in their location, wherever that is!
Never shop from this place their product sucks and so does their customer service!
