I received an email confirming they received order. If you have an order number you should email them and check the status. Our dress was custom made so the emailed me to make sure all measurements were accurate.

It took about 2 1/2 weeks to receive by mail. Be prepared to have it taken to a seamstress if it is a floor length dress, unless you are real tall.
