And i have been given wrong address and i had a email from them say that 'we had come to diliver but it was a wrong address'

I'm trying to get in touch with you for almost 2 weeks. I email, with no response. Can someone please get in touch with me?
I bought a dress and payment went trough succesfuly. However, I didn't put down the order number and the tracking number. I haven't received any email confirming my purchase! Is this normal? I m starting to freak out that it was a cheat... Any help?
How long did it take till you received your dress?
