They only focus on getting your money and don't give a rat's $#*! about you.
There are cancellation fee and gateway charges for flight which we didn't plan to cancel. Have been waiting for the remaining refund since March 2020. And now just gotten another reply indicating it will take another 10 to 12 weeks to receive the refund. Each response takes weeks and even a month each time. Would have gotten a full refund if it was a direct purchase. Highly not recommended.
I have booked flight through via for indigo airlines. Since, the flight got cancelled indigo has refunded back the money to via, but it's been over a month since than... have mailed via multiple times but no response. They are frauds, never book your flights through them..
Our flight cancelled due to Covid and we requested for refund. The refund takes more than 4 months, no reply email and never can reach them by call. They even charge for the refund fee SIN Dollar 100 per person!
I booked a bus ticket, it shows reservation could not be completed but amount got deducted worst website, it's fraud scam I asked for refund no reply from them I will go to consumer court about this this issue to stop this scam
I have booked flight twice - Once on 24th March, 20 and other on 12th May, 20 and to my bad flight got canceled due to COVID-19. I contacted IndiGo airline for my refund, they told full amount has been refunded back to Raja Travels. I am dropping mail to Via customer care and also trying to contact them daily from last 2 months every single day. I need my full refund for both the flights.

I suggest please don't book your tickets with via.com 1 month back in have cancelled my tickets, indigo airlines person agree for full refund because airlines was change the flying timings it's not convenient for me, that's way I have cancel the tickets, Airlines support team told me to contact with via.com they will be refund your full amount, I'm trying to contacting via.com but nobody received my calls, I have send lot of mails to them but no reply,

VIA.com had given horrible experience they know how to take money from customers. This is my booking cancelled due to Covid -19. I have checked with most of the airline and some tour agency, all do full refund when FLIGHT was being cancelled by airline. I don't understand why your company still charge this SGD 100 from me? Not that i want to cancel this trip, is the airline cancel my flight! The alternative given to me was from Singapore to Bangkok and from Bangkok to Singapore only! But my destination is from bangkok to kunming and from kunming to bangkok was being cancel and i m not given any alternitive to choose at all! So is it my fault? Pls give me a clear explaination. Your customer service line is very lousy, i tried to call in but nobody attend to the call, i feel so lost and helpless now! What kind of service is this? And you still dare to charge me SGD100? I bought tickets for my family and due to unforeseen circumstances, i wanted to reschedule the day before of travel. I tried to reach them. Firstly, they don't have a telephone contact in Singapore. I wrote an email and no reply for 4 hours. I called their India office. They said they can't help. I contacted airlines directly and reschedule. Later after 8 hours they replied with rescheduling fee twice than quoted by airline. This gave me a lesson to buy tickets directly from airline website... Bye bye via..
Firstly Via. Com. Doesn't have a phone support number available on their site. When we finally managed to track one down it was picked up by someone sounding like they were at home in bed with eventually no help at all. We've wanted to do a very simple change of a flight date which we are aware that Qantas is offering the new flight for half the price of the day we were originally going to fly so in theory there shouldnt be a fare difference. Despite sending them a screen shot they insist of paying $600 fare difference although if I bought both tickets online it would be $500. These guys are scammers don't use them!
Never use via. Com. There are many other good portal. I selected two front seats in a sleeper coach of Raj express jyoti and booked thru via. Com for night. But, I got last two seats, which were very uncomfortable to me n my wife. Product shown different and delivered different.
I m not satisfied and I will drop a complain in consumer court once I come back. None can skip from the Indian Laws and from doing fraud
Don't ever book from them, I have requested them for a refund of my air-tickets due to some medical issue, and i do have valid documents from Singapore hospital as a prove and all.
Their reply is asking me to pay additional $300 more for the cancellation, this is totally unreasonable.
They will usually copy and paste their STANDARD REPLY. Keep repeating the same and ask for more money.

Worst website ever. Trying to book a ticket from last 2 days. Not able to book due to website problem, also there is no customer care support.
I was doing an online search for flights Asia to London return. Found some reasonable choices, but had the choice of only a couple of OL travel agents. So I booked thru via.com... I had looked at the website first, and everything seemed professional. I paid OL by Visa, and I verified the transaction thru my bank security PIN system. Then I received an email from via.com: "cannot release tickets until photo passport and credit card supplied" I thought this is a bit strange, so I blacked out the last few numbers on the CC and sent the info.
Then I got an email saying: "we will verify your documents and issue the tickets."
Then I got another email, saying "cannot verify the documents, and your funds will be returned in full to your CC account within 7 days. But you can pay by transfer to a certain account, but the price has gone up by 400 USD."
I was already suspicious from when I had to send the documents copies. I immediately called the bank and I checked the reviews, and saw all the scam reports and 1 star reviews - and saw some where there were even tranactions after the fact on credit cards. The transaction had gone through, but I immediately cancelled the card anyway.
I called Via.com a number of times on the number provided. Got a voice number selection menu. Pressed the selection buttons - I tried them all - but there was just silence: no other recorded voice, no one picking up. Just silence.
Lets wait and see if I get my refund, but I doubt it will happen. I reckon that is 900 USD gone west - what I find hard to understand is why VISA have not flagged this company. They are a regular selection when booking flights, yet they are obviously a scam company. Why hasnt visa closed them down? Or they just dont care so long as yoy use their card and they make money - which doesnt surpirise me having banker friends, bankiers in family, and seeing the ridiculous amounts they get paid even though they have the intelligence of a rabbit.

One of the worst fraud online booking website which says operating in many countries. Most of the country do not have office or people working or company registered. There is also no contact number, just email ID to communicate.
