I bought tickets for my family and due to unforeseen circumstances, i wanted to reschedule the day before of travel. I tried to reach them. Firstly, they don't have a telephone contact in Singapore. I wrote an email and no reply for 4 hours. I called their India office. They said they can't help. I contacted airlines directly and reschedule. Later after 8 hours they replied with rescheduling fee twice than quoted by airline. This gave me a lesson to buy tickets directly from airline website... Bye bye via..
