I booked a hotel named Resort Lagoa Azul in Goa from 2nd Oct 2014 to 4th Oct 2014 with via.com. Though they do not offer any kind of coupon but they give me a cool pricing to book this 3 star property. Their post booking service was also pretty good. When I called them after reaching in Goa to locate the property they helped me a lot.
My flight was cancelled, and Lo! I was initially impressed they said they had refunded my money to the Travel Agent I booked with. However, the agent initally said they didn't have the money until I threatened legal action backed up with a via.com email when miraculously they did have...some. But no one will prove how much was returned to agent. Via.com refuse to tell me how much they refunded to the Agent & agent say its substantially below what was paid. So at present (nearly THREE YEARS LATER) I stand to lose a large %. And so it goes in circles. Cynical way to run a Cowboy business
Do not give them your bank details! After purchasing my tickets I was notified about several unauthorized attempts to pay with my card. I haven't used that card in months and the fraudulent attempts started within an hour after purchasing my tickets.
Besides, they booked my ticket with the wrong information I never filled in when booking, so the ticket is useless to me.
Plus they add an extra charge on top of the price of the ticket just before you hit Pay, you may not even notice it so you overpay and just get tons of problems instead of a holiday.

They don't refund the money even if the booking is aborted from their site. They keep your money with them and give nonsense excuses of bank policy out of their own fault. I haven't received my refund till now it's Been 15 days I booked my fligh t and booking got aborted. It seems that the money is stuck with then and they are unable to do anything but giving excuses. Worst experience... Don't fool a customer like this. Return my money ASAP

Biggest cheats via.com- they never Refund cancelled tickets; even deny receiving funds after RTGS # issued. In consumer court they shelter under perjury, hearsay, do not honour own agreements of refunds. This is a US California based firm Maharaja travels, entered India, seeing loop holes of Indian law- no punishment on perjury + others; Ebix again a US firm bought via.com in 2017 for US 74.9 m & both are cheating first time Indian pax s by online bookings, pocketing huge funds. 35,000 pax s hv been cheated so far!

Never ever book tickets fm via.com & never fly goAir /goFirst. Both are cheats! 35000 pax have been cheated so far. Moca, fm, hm, IT, mins of commerce not attending to written complaints!! Reduce corruption & graft- a written narrative of BJP Govt. But no actions by all mins, courts, police. We are suffering.

Bought a via.com air ticket of goAir for Rs 20,988= Hyd-Chandigarh-Hyd two tickets. Fell I’ll due to chicken Guinea 15 days icu hospitalized. Wrote 15 mail asking for cancell refunds tickets, 15-20 days in advance. Got ack 15 fm via.com & goAir saying tickets & flts cancelled; cancellation order issued. Said refunds in 7 days! No REFUNDS since last 3 yrs! Biggest cheats.
Booked a flight for philipines the agent said I could pay deposit and if no luck I'd get it back I then found a flight cheaper the agent in question keep me on the phone over an hour trying to make me spend money and saying I did wrong for booking with a diferanypt company I asked for a refund and got told yes I could have one in ten minuets 5 hrs last first agent rang back and said I can offer you deal and you not getting refund DO NOT BOOK WITH VIA FLIGHT SCAMMERS

There are cancellation fee and gateway charges for flight which we didn't plan to cancel. Have been waiting for the remaining refund since March 2020. And now just gotten another reply indicating it will take another 10 to 12 weeks to receive the refund. Each response takes weeks and even a month each time. Would have gotten a full refund if it was a direct purchase. Highly not recommended.
Literally the WORST customer service ever. I really hope yall go out of business bc yall r so useless when it comes to helping customers. First of all, none of them know how to reply promptly, constantly having to chase them for replies. Second of all, lied to us saying that you've requested the refund from the airline, but only sent it out when we CHASED them to give us the reference number so that we can go directly to the airlines. Never use via. Com. There are many other good portal. I selected two front seats in a sleeper coach of Raj express jyoti and booked thru via. Com for night. But, I got last two seats, which were very uncomfortable to me n my wife. Product shown different and delivered different.
I m not satisfied and I will drop a complain in consumer court once I come back. None can skip from the Indian Laws and from doing fraud
I want to complaint my flight in AirAsia, she hold me in airport sila'y, the reason she hold me is in my red eyes, but no doctors that time to look my eyes if positive. And she told me to comeback to get the medical certificate and i do it and I'm back to airport to bring my medical certificate it's negative result. And nothing happened to flight me
They literally have the worst customer service one can ever imagine. My money is stuck and nobody is answering to phone calls, emails & tweets.
I booked flight tickets through their website and due to a natural disaster at the destination we decided to cancel our ticket. Our ticket was booked just yesterday and I requested for a refund the next day. Wen i contacted their customer service after much delay they asked me to cancel through their website. Unfortunately when I tried online through their website, they fake it and include all kinds of nonsense charges and finally come with a NO REFUND. Not even a penny!

When it is a refundable ticket they need to offer the refund! Why do they charge very high cancellation charge? All these were not mentioned anywhere while booking.

Booked 4 tickets to Delhi for a date in the next month, waiting for the past hour for PNR generation. The chat support team is not available. So better they keep their website down as well so that no one books ticket on their website. Neither is any of their customer care number is reachable.

I have booked flight twice - Once on 24th March, 20 and other on 12th May, 20 and to my bad flight got canceled due to COVID-19. I contacted IndiGo airline for my refund, they told full amount has been refunded back to Raja Travels. I am dropping mail to Via customer care and also trying to contact them daily from last 2 months every single day. I need my full refund for both the flights.

I bought tickets for my family and due to unforeseen circumstances, i wanted to reschedule the day before of travel. I tried to reach them. Firstly, they don't have a telephone contact in Singapore. I wrote an email and no reply for 4 hours. I called their India office. They said they can't help. I contacted airlines directly and reschedule. Later after 8 hours they replied with rescheduling fee twice than quoted by airline. This gave me a lesson to buy tickets directly from airline website... Bye bye via..
Our flight cancelled due to Covid and we requested for refund. The refund takes more than 4 months, no reply email and never can reach them by call. They even charge for the refund fee SIN Dollar 100 per person!
DO NOT USE Via.com! Two weeks ago I tried to book ticket via this website and it took one hour processing the ticket only to finally said "no ticket is available".
My credit card was subsequently charged for the ticket I didn't get. When I asked to process the refund, I need to send multiple emails over the 2-weeks span to ask for refund. Today is the 16th day since I made the purchase, and my refund hasn't come.

Don't ever book from them, I have requested them for a refund of my air-tickets due to some medical issue, and i do have valid documents from Singapore hospital as a prove and all.
Their reply is asking me to pay additional $300 more for the cancellation, this is totally unreasonable.
They will usually copy and paste their STANDARD REPLY. Keep repeating the same and ask for more money.

I have done and send them the airline and date I want yet told me that Is not available and I'm not entitle. Ask them to give me a list yet no respond for 3 days. I require to refund, for sure no respond, I have try to send to different email support address since no use and unable to call through all the hotline. Really a bad service. One of the worst fraud online booking website which says operating in many countries. Most of the country do not have office or people working or company registered. There is also no contact number, just email ID to communicate.
